右一味粉にして。水飴（みつあめ）に

○祈祷神方《割書：疱瘡が世上に流行する時は必ず用いるべし》
一 金銀花《割書：忍冬の花のことである》
右一味を粉にして、水飴に混ぜて、小児に与えて服用させる。この方法は非常に簡単で、その効果は最も妙である。薬が入手しやすいからといって不信の心を起こすことなく用い試して、その伝承が空虚でないことを知るべし。

一 菟糸子《割書：良い酒に浸し二夜を経て煮て乾かし皮を去り半斤》
一 玄参《割書：四両》
右二味を細末にして、練り蜜で丸薬にする。○これほどにして一丸ずつ毎日二度ずつ用いる。ただし疱瘡が世間に流行する時に用いる。これは中国の書物に出ている方法で、婁江王相公の伝である。
