嘉永七年（1854年）寅年十一月二十九日、昼八つ半時（午後三時頃）より
大坂上町にて出火
同夜　四つ時（午後十時頃）に鎮火いたし候

英語訳

On the 29th day of the 11th month of the 7th year of the Kaei era (1854), the Year of the Tiger, starting from around half-past the Hour of the Rooster (approximately 3:00 PM):
A fire broke out in Uemachi, Osaka.
The fire was extinguished later that same night at around the Hour of the Boar (approximately 10:00 PM).
