かかる浮世になからへてあけくれ
ひまなき身【下】なりともこゝろたに
まことの道【下】に叶ひなは祈らす
とても終になと仏果の縁と
ならさらん【下クセ】唯是地水火風の
かりにしはらくもまとはれて

このような浮世に長らえて、明け暮れ
暇のない身【下】であっても、心だけでも
真実の道【下】に叶うならば、祈らずとも
最終的には仏果の縁と
なるであろう【下クセ】ただこれは地水火風の
仮にしばらくまとわれているものであって
英語訳
Even while lingering in this floating world, with days and nights
of ceaseless toil【Ge】, if one's heart alone
accords with the true path【Ge】, even without prayer,
in the end it shall become a karmic connection
to Buddhist enlightenment【Ge-kuse】This is merely the temporary
entanglement with earth, water, fire, and wind
