奴の干物
人はとかく異なるものを尊び、日用のものを卑しむ。都の人が麦飯を尊び、米の飯を珍しがらない類である。されば中昔、異国の珍物を好む人があって、オランダ人の死んだ尻を洗う壺へ花を生けて楽しんだのを、長崎の人が見て笑ったという話もある。
ここにも中国を去ること万八千里、東の海中に春風紙鳶国という国がある。昔、この国へ奴凧の糸が切れて飛び、風に従ってこの国へ落ちたところ、この国の人が「奴の干物なり」として珍しがり、ついに
