一 文政九年戌年（1826年）五月五日、格式御供番として二俵の加増を受け、表医師は従来通り
一 天保五年午年（1834年）五月十三日、加増として禄高二十俵三人扶持を下賜された
一 同年十月四日、仲ヶ間寄合で酒食を差し出したことにより遠慮を申し付けられ、同月二十四日に遠慮を免除された
一 同十一年子年（1840年）七月二十二日、無足医に任命され二俵の加増を下賜された（江戸在番先にて）
一 同年八月十八日、小林一庵の次席となった
一 嘉永三年庚戌（1850年）十二月三日、江戸において表他行の件により強情を申し、偽り不敬が極まったため逼塞を申し付けられた。もっとも江戸在番を免除され、帰着の上で申し付けられた
一 同年十二月二十八日、逼塞を免除された
一 同四年辛亥（1851年）二月八日、病気のため願い出た通り隠居を申し付けられ、息子甚庵に家督を申し付けた

- On February 20th of Bunka 15, Year of the Tiger (1818), he succeeded to Tanaka Jin'an's family headship with a stipend of 18 hyō of rice for two persons, was appointed as formal foot soldier and chief physician, under the supervision of the magistrate
During the reign of Lord Yoriyasu
- On May 5th of Bunpō 9, Year of the Dog (1826), he received an increase of two hyō as formal attendant, continuing as chief physician as before
- On May 13th of Tenpō 5, Year of the Horse (1834), he was granted an increase to a stipend of 20 hyō of rice for three persons
- On October 4th of the same year, he was ordered to exercise restraint for serving alcohol and food at a middle-rank gathering, and the restraint was lifted on the 24th of the same month
- On July 22nd of the same 11th year, Year of the Rat (1840), he was appointed as physician without land grant and granted an increase of two hyō (while stationed in Edo)
- On August 18th of the same year, he became second to Kobayashi Ichian
- On December 3rd of Kaei 3, Year of the Metal Dog (1850), he was ordered into house confinement in Edo for being stubborn regarding official travel matters and committing extreme falsification and disrespect. However, he was relieved of his Edo posting and the confinement was ordered upon his return
- On December 28th of the same year, the house confinement was lifted
- On February 8th of the same 4th year, Year of the Metal Pig (1851), he was ordered to retire as requested due to illness, and his son Jin'an was ordered to succeed to the family headship

- On February 8th of Kaei 4, Year of the Metal Pig (1851), due to his father Ryūsen's illness, he was ordered to retire as requested and succeeded to the family headship, receiving a stipend of 22 hyō of rice for three persons, granted the rank of formal attendant and chief physician, under the supervision of the magistrate
