- On August 8th of Meiwa 6, Year of the Earth Ox (1769), he was granted a stipend for two persons and appointed to the tea ceremony assistant position due to his dedication to acupuncture treatment
During the reign of Lord Yorimoto
- On November 20th of Kansei 9, Year of the Snake (1797), he was granted a stipend of 16 hyō of rice for two persons
- On April 8th of Bunka 2, Year of the Ox (1805), he retired as requested

Tanaka Jin'an
- On the same day, as requested by his adoptive father, he retired and succeeded to the family headship, receiving a stipend of 16 hyō of rice for two persons and the tea ceremony assistant position, and was to specialize in medical treatment for the lord's retainers from then on
- On November 5th of the same 6th year, Year of the Snake (1809), he was appointed to the rank of formal foot soldier and received an increase of two hyō
- On May 22nd of the same 7th year, Year of the Horse (1810), he was appointed to the rank of formal attendant and became a physician without land grant
