頼寧君の御代

一　文政六年未年四月十八日、中根覚右衛門の後家が安岡家の名跡を立てることを許可され、高二十二俵二人扶持を下賜され、格式として御供番・御供方・御給仕方を仰せ付けられた。

一　同八年酉年九月六日、御徒士小頭・御手廻頭を仰せ付けられた。

一　同十年亥年八月十三日、御徒士小頭・御手足頭を無事に免職され、御供方・御給仕方を仰せ付けられた。

一　天保二年卯年七月二十一日、身持ちが良くない上に、養家に行って以来御家風も守らず、かつ御供先において不作法な行為もあったため、逼塞を仰せ付けられた。八月二十二日に逼塞を免除された。

一　同五年午年五月二十三日、御勤足方見習を仰せ付けられ、御供方を無事に免除された。

Nakane Hikoroku
During the reign of Lord Yoriyasu

1. On the 18th day of the 4th month of Bunsei 6, year of the sheep (1823), the widow of Nakane Kakuzaemon was granted permission to establish the Yasuoka family lineage, was bestowed a stipend of 22 hyō and provisions for two retainers, and was appointed to the positions of gokūban (lord's attendant guard), gokūkata (lord's attendant), and gokyūjigata (ceremonial service).

2. On the 6th day of the 9th month of the same 8th year, year of the rooster (1825), was appointed to the positions of okachi kogashira (assistant infantry commander) and otemawari gashira (personal guard commander).

3. On the 13th day of the 8th month of the same 10th year, year of the boar (1827), was relieved without incident from the positions of okachi kogashira and otemawari gashira, and appointed to gokūkata and gokyūjigata.

4. On the 21st day of the 7th month of Tenpō 2, year of the rabbit (1831), due to poor conduct and failure to observe proper house customs since moving to an adoptive family, as well as improper behavior while on lord's attendance duties, was ordered into domiciliary confinement. The confinement was lifted on the 22nd day of the 8th month.

5. On the 23rd day of the 5th month of the same 5th year, year of the horse (1834), was appointed as a trainee for gokinashi kata (foot soldier duties) and was relieved from gokūkata without incident.
