一、同年4月8日、運正寺において奈良太郎右衛門支配下の入牢者のうち、西山町の挊久兵衛の息子八木貞順という者に助命の上、親の久兵衛へ預けの蟄居を申し付けたので、太郎右衛門へ赦免を申し渡し終了後、施餓鬼の御経が済んだ少し前に寺内へ引き込み《割書：御門固御先物頭へ御徒目付を以て届出》、本堂正面の山川の外へ縄付きで引き出し、その際太郎右衛門が山川下へ出て右の趣旨を申し渡し終えて、その場所へ方丈が出て着座し十念があった上で縄を解き、右の貞順の親類共が門外に出て待っていたところに引き渡した。もっとも右の引き出しの場所へは我々は出なかった。

ただし右の引き出し者の件について、前日町奉行へ内々に申し遣わし手配を申し付けておいた。もっとも名前や趣意の件は申し聞かせず、引き出し者とのみ申し遣わした。

一、天保3年辰年9月25日、江戸詰中に役所において不注意極まる趣きが聞こえたので立て替え
同5年午年10月26日再勤免許　生田勘助　弘化4年当時は順左衛門
同6年未年7月21日、養父勇蔵の病気により願いの上暇を下され、勘助という者が家名相続を願い出たので、諸下代の内へ召し抱え八石二人扶持を下された。

一、正徳元年卯年10月、探源寺様の退福につき赦免の御触れが御触留に出ている。

一、享保15年戌年9月3日、御家老中が申し聞かせたのは、当夏の御入部の祝儀として大赦を申し付けたので、組あるいは手代等の者をこの節どこへ召し抱えるようにしても構わないように思われる。この度札所の役方へ召し抱えるよう願い出る者もいるとのことで奉行衆が伺いを立てている。この段、召し抱えても構わない儀と思われるかと尋ねられたので、なるほど赦免により許され住所共に御構い無しの者は以後御扶持人になっても構わない筈に出ているので、右の御免の格の者はどこへ召し抱えても御構い無い趣旨に我々は心得ている。しかしこの度はその召し抱える頭役の者が吟味を遂げ、最初に御扶持を放された品により召し抱えない品もあるであろう。上からは御構いは無いが、召し出すよう願い出るだけでは済むようには思われない。召し抱える筈とは決め難く思われる。その御扶持を放された様子によりいくら本人が願っても、その抱える頭役の者が同心しない者は抱えるべきではない。■■■■召し抱える分は上々御構いはあるまじき儀であると挨拶に及んだ。

一、文政11年子年7月11日、江戸にて御奉行へ　元下代格御鳥飼方岡野岩次郎こと新藤斧蔵
先年不埒の儀があり御門払いを申し付けられ、その後御屋敷立ち入りしたところ、この度居住をお許し下さるよう、御出入りの砂村名主新四郎という者が願い出た。これにより願いの通りお許しになった。同年8月2日　御鷹御雇　新藤斧蔵
召し抱えられ御知行八石二人扶持を下し置かれ、下代格を申し付けられた。
御屋敷奉行山口平三郎支配に差し置かれた。ただし同12年丑年6月27日、御趣意により暇を下し置かれた。他に一統格御鷹匠御雇清水次兵衛も同断。

1. On the 8th day of the 4th month of the same year, at Unshō Temple, among those imprisoned under Nara Tarōemon's jurisdiction, a person named Yagi Teijun, son of Nishiyama-chō's Kyūbei, was granted clemency and placed under house confinement in the custody of his father Kyūbei. After the pardon was announced to Tarōemon and the hungry ghost memorial service concluded, shortly before this he was brought into the temple compound (marginal note: reported to the gate guard advance guard head through foot soldier inspector), then brought out with ropes to outside the mountain stream in front of the main hall. At that time Tarōemon went down to below the mountain stream and announced this matter. There are reportedly some who wish to be employed in temple registry office positions, which the magistrates have inquired about. When asked whether employment in this matter seems acceptable, indeed since those pardoned and granted unrestricted residence may become stipend recipients hereafter according to what has been issued, we understand that those of pardoned status may be employed anywhere without restriction. In previous years he committed misconduct and was banished from the gate, but later entered the residence. This time a person named Shinshirō, village headman of Sunamura who has business relations, petitioned that his residence be permitted. Accordingly, permission was granted as petitioned. He was employed and granted a stipend of 8 koku for 2 people, appointed to deputy rank.
