一、享保15年戌年4月22日の記録
今度御入部されたお祝いとして赦免が申し付けられた。よって先年より御扶持を放された足軽手代その他末端まで、もっともな者たちについて、その詳細を書き付けて当月中に私の方まで報告すべきである。以上
追って組支配のある面々へ通達があるべきである。もっとも一度御扶持を下された者たちまでの儀である。以上《割書：月番大谷儀右衛門殿、平本作野右衛門殿》海福瀬左衛門
一、今度の御入部につき家督のお祝いとして、御家中・町・在郷ともに赦免が申し付けられた。面々の組支配の者が上に対し、または自分のことでも、以前追放を申し付けたその他軽い咎めは言うに及ばず、吟味の上で許可するよう仰せ出されたので、その意を得るべきである。以上

一、宝暦5年亥年5月、御祝儀につき赦免が仰せ出された。前条と同じ。
一、明和元年【朱書き訂正】申年7月20日、御入部につき家督のお祝いとして赦免が仰せ出された。大体右と同趣旨で、組支配以下を許免する際に伝達の上で取り扱うべきこと。また自分の咎めも吟味の上で許免すべき。もっとも追放した者を許免する場合は届け出るべき旨の御触れ。
一、寛政4年子年5月末日、若殿様の御名代として初めて御入国につき赦免が仰せ出された。
一、文政元年寅年6月20日、御加増につき大赦が仰せ出された。明和元年の通り。
一、同9年戌年7月24日、御家督のお祝儀につき大赦が申し付けられた。同じ。
一、同10年亥年6月8日、昨年浅姫君様の御安産・御任官並びに今般の御入部のお祝儀で、御家中・町・在郷ともに大赦が仰せ出された。同じ。
一、天保7年申年2月28日、御養子御引移・御家督等につき大赦が仰せ出された。同じ。
一、同9年戌年5月20日、昨年中将御拝任並びに御入部のお祝儀として、御家中・町・在郷ともに大赦。同じ。

一、同14年卯年7月5日、以下の通り諸方面へ触れ回った文章。先例の通りではあるが心得として記録しておく。
今般の御入部のお祝儀として、御家中・町・在郷ともに大赦が仰せ出された。よって面々の組支配の者並びに家来末端まで、上に対し不届きなことがあり追放等を申し付けておいた者を、吟味の上で許免するよう仰せ出された。もっともその段を伝達の上で取り扱うべきことである。かつまた自分のことでも咎め等を申し付けた者についても、これまた吟味の上で許免すべきである。もっとも追放した者を許免する場合は届け出るべきである。右の趣旨が仰せ出されたので、その意を得るべきである。以上
