儀無之候間猶又御腰物御様有之候間申遣候様又右衛門方ゟ申聞候ニ付其段御腰物方へ申達候処致承知候段

一同日明廿九日於場所斬罪有之前々之通御徒目付罷出候様幷組之者六人指出候様組小頭へ申付候且又御腰物

一同日斬罪之者有之無滞相済夫ゟ御腰物御様有之三郎兵衛儀御徒目付西村藤四郎幷組之者
召連罷出候処四時前無滞相済其段御家老中へ相達候 但役組拾弐人
一寛政四壬子年閏二月廿一日御腰物奉行共申聞候ハ来ル廿三日御仕置有之候ニ付御腰物御様被仰付候
旨月番真田主税へ被申聞候
一同日市橋万右衛門申聞候ハ右同様ニ付場所へ能者？共罷越候尤斬罪相済候迄片町後藤伝十郎方ニ待
合斬罪相済候案内次第右場所へ罷出候間御同役様方御出役之節片町伝十郎方迄御案内被下
候様致度旨且又御出勤之小姓名承度旨ニ付西村小平次罷出候旨及返答候
但右之趣出役小平次方へも委細申遣候事
一同廿二日明廿三日斬罪相済候ハヽ其節出役小平次宅迄為知有之候様小林又右衛門方へ申達候処致
承知其段尚又小平次へ申達之候
一同日右斬罪幷御腰物御様シ有之ニ付前々之通同役小平次罷出御徒目付罷出候様申達組
之者儀ハ場所固メ拾五人小平次用人弐人都合拾七人指出候様組小頭へ申付候
但小平次出役ニ付雨具持荒子壱人御奉行へ申達候而御貸人相渡ル尤当年ハ一統人馬減少之
訳合も有之候ニ付相渡り難ニハ候へ共重而右出役有之節猶又御奉行へ相達候ハヽ壱人之儀ニ
候間相渡可申旨ニ候

一、寛政二戌年六月二十八日鈴木清左衛門。土屋五郎太夫が申し聞かせるには、明日二十九日斬罪があるので、光明寺三ヶ村の者共が用水を穢さないよう願書を指し出したので、それぞれ取り扱ってくれるよう申し聞かせた。その段を小林又右衛門方へ心得のため申し達したところ、拙者方には少しも穢し申す儀がないので、なおまた御腰物御様があるので申し遣わすよう又右衛門方から申し聞いたので、その段を御腰物方へ申し達したところ、承知した段を丹羽市左衛門が申し聞いた。月番奈良太郎右衛門
一、同日明日二十九日に場所にて斬罪があるので、前々の通り御徒目付が罷り出るよう、並びに組の者六人を指し出すよう組小頭へ申し付け、かつまた御腰物御様があるので三郎兵衛が罷り出るよう申し談じた事
一、同日斬罪の者があり滞りなく相済み、それから御腰物御様があり、三郎兵衛の儀は御徒目付西村藤四郎並びに組の者を召し連れ罷り出たところ、四時前に滞りなく相済み、その段を御家老中へ相達した。但し役組十二人
一、寛政四壬子年閏二月二十一日御腰物奉行共が申し聞かせるには、来る二十三日御仕置があるので御腰物御様を仰せ付けられる旨を月番真田主税へ申し聞かせた
一、同日市橋万右衛門が申し聞かせるには、右同様につき場所へ能者？共が罷り越す。もっとも斬罪が相済むまで片町後藤伝十郎方に待ち合わせ、斬罪が相済んだ案内次第右場所へ罷り出るので、御同役様方御出役の節は片町伝十郎方まで御案内くださるようにしたい旨、かつまた御出勤の小姓名を承りたい旨につき、西村小平次が罷り出る旨を返答した
但し右の趣を出役小平次方へも委細申し遣わした事
一、同二十二日明日二十三日斬罪が相済めば、その節出役小平次宅まで知らせがあるよう小林又右衛門方へ申し達したところ、承知しその段をなおまた小平次へ申し達した
一、同日右斬罪並びに御腰物御様子があるので前々の通り同役小平次が罷り出で、御徒目付が罷り出るよう申し達し、組の者の儀は場所固め十五人、小平次用人二人、都合十七人を指し出すよう組小頭へ申し付けた
但し小平次出役につき雨具持ち荒子一人を御奉行へ申し達して御貸人を相渡す。もっとも当年は一統人馬減少の訳合もあるので相渡し難くはあるが、重ねて右出役ある節なおまた御奉行へ相達すれば一人の儀なので相渡し申すべき旨である

一、お家では公儀の趣旨をもって相伺うべき事

1. Kansei 2, Year of the Dog, 6th month, 28th day, Suzuki Seizaemon: Tsuchiya Gorōdayū reported that tomorrow the 29th there would be an execution, so the people of Kōmyōji's three villages submitted a petition requesting that the irrigation water not be polluted, asking for appropriate handling. This matter was communicated to Kobayashi Mataemon for his information. Since there was nothing polluting on my side, and since there would be a sword inspection, Mataemon's side requested that this be communicated. When this matter was reported to the sword officials, Niwa Ichizaemon reported that it was understood. Monthly duty: Nara Tarōemon

1. Kansei 4, Year of the Water Rat, intercalary 2nd month, 21st day: The sword magistrates reported that on the coming 23rd there would be punishment, so sword inspection duties were ordered, as reported to monthly duty officer Sanada Chikara.
1. Same day: Ichihashi Man'emon reported that similarly, capable persons would go to the site. They would wait at Gotō Den'jūrō's place in Katamachi until the execution was completed, then proceed to the site upon notification of completion. He requested guidance to Den'jūrō's place in Katamachi when fellow officials were on duty, and also requested to know the names of attending pages. It was replied that Nishimura Kohēji would attend.
Note: These details were also communicated in full to duty officer Kohēji.
1. Same 22nd day: If tomorrow the 23rd the execution is completed, notification should be sent to duty officer Kohēji's residence, as communicated to Kobayashi Mataemon, who acknowledged this and further communicated it to Kohēji.

Note: For Kohēji's duty, one attendant carrying rain gear was requested from the magistrate and a borrowed person was provided. Although this year there are circumstances of general reduction in personnel and horses making it difficult to provide, if there are future such duties and the magistrate is again consulted, since it is a matter of one person, it should be provided.
