此者共儀去ル三月十二日於開発橋辺斎藤長太郎と及争論候節棒を以理不尽ニ致打擲長太郎
儀既ニ無程相□□□体強勢不法之致業殊ニ致帯刀身分之者へ対シ重々不届至極ニ付
但新保村獄門場所番人小屋唐等之儀も町奉行白石十郎右衛門へ被仰付候処火急之儀ニ而両
所ハ《割書：但赤坂ニ而も此外
獄門三ツ有之故也》出来兼候趣再応申達候ニ付其段御家老中へ相達候処右小屋
