現代語訳

一、同年7月　馬方の安西源五左衛門の祖母を追放

当年4月に源五右衛門が病死したところ、養子がなく、この祖母が不適切な者であったため、城下五里四方追放を申し付けた。一家の者が祖母へ申し聞かせて追放を行うよう申し渡すべき旨を奈良権左衛門に差し加えて申し渡した。
　ただし同年9月5日、寺木源左衛門の次男金蔵を養子に申し付け、五人扶持を下され名跡を立てられた。
　　翌年この祖母が戻ってきたため入牢、5月21日に十三里四方追放を申し付けた。

一、同2年（丑年）　鷹匠の深谷惣右衛門の養母を追放

一、宝暦3年（酉年）　馬方の伊藤惣八の養弟を追放

一、同年6月　江戸において新番組の松田惣兵衛の息子惣太夫を門払い
　ただし親の惣兵衛へ申し渡し、惣兵衛が帰って惣太夫へ申し渡すことであったが、事情があって惣太夫を目付小屋へ呼び寄せて申し渡し、大小を取り上げて徒目付・小算が立ち合って封印し、古物方へ渡して置いた。
　　後に親の惣兵衛へ下されたため、徒目付の取り扱いで古物方から直接惣兵衛が受け取った。
　これは江戸表に新番頭がなく、目付支配であったため目付小屋で取り扱った。

一、明和4年（亥年）　大番組の上村十右衛門、同人の息子大助の髪を剃って追払い《ただし評定所で徒目付・手組の者が立ち会い、町の髪結いを呼び寄せて剃らせた》

一、同8年（卯年）5月25日　小川与右衛門の弟代蔵を評定所へ召し呼び、髪を剃って追払い。この際与右衛門の父の帰郷送致・蟄居の事は蟄居の部に出ているので参照のこと。

一、同年　江戸表において定府百石の書院番庭役河野弥太郎の髪を剃って門払い

一、寛政2年（酉年）　箕輪文右衛門

一、同4年（子年）10月25日　高坂金右衛門養子孫七郎、木内与次兵衛養子与一郎、厚治金平、養祖父兵右衛門の武士身分を削って追放。この取り扱いは父子一緒に評定所へ呼び出し、家老中が退出した後の席で父子一緒に番頭が書付を読み聞かせた。また兵右衛門は休息の身分であったため評定所へは呼び出さず、一家の内へ申し付け、一家の者の宅へ出向いて申し渡した。その際徒目付両人が出向いた。
　ただし一家も両人とも呼び出されて申し渡された。

一、文化8年（未年）6月25日　新番組小人頭の伊藤官兵衛の武士身分を削って国内十三里四方追放を申し付けた

一、元禄14年（巳年）　小野権内が長病の届けを出し、その後番頭から様子を尋ねたところ不都合な件々があったため、預かりの者の所で髪を剃って追放

一、正徳5年（未年）　渥美権兵衛の髪を剃って追放。新番頭が申し渡し、御構の書付を見せたが、武士の法によるものではないため構いはない旨
　ただし権兵衛が江戸から帰った際、板取まで奉行組2人を付け置き、夜に案内をして評定所へ奉行中・目付中が出て、山崎口まで奉行組を出し置いた。もしその際あれこれ申さないよう目付組3人を出した。これは隠し置いた。
