一寛保二戌年岡部左膳方被申渡候ハ御改易御暇被下候者有之節親類共彼者
方へ罷越無段直ニ可相達候間承届置御家老中へ可相達旨被申聞候
一元文五申十一月十一日塚谷源五右衛門御暇被下候節御改易同事ニ取扱候様岡部左膳方差図有之
甚平按ニ塚谷源五右衛門御改易也此ケ条不審
一 西尾甚兵衛御暇被下候ニ付評定所ゟ宅へ帰り下方へ罷越組之者両人指越
一 伴新五左衛門御改易於評定所番頭申渡御目付列座御構書付ニ判形取之願
寺本妙寺へ為立退八時下方へ罷越大小相渡候故御徒目付ハ不指越組之者斗差越候
一陶山与五左衛門田川金太夫一通り之御暇被下御法之通致取扱候金太夫評定所ゟ松岡へ帰候
迄爰元組之者両人附置夫ゟ御国境迄遠見幷屋敷附共ニ松岡組之者相勤候
一享保九辰十月廿九日唐沢右衛門桑野加右衛門同兵助御暇被下評定所ニ而番頭申渡御目付列座御構

一正徳二辰年正月廿九日江戸定詰御針医佐藤貞順不調法有之御暇被下御長屋へ帰諸道具片付貞順
立退申候前々之通組之者とも申付貞順小屋幷遠見之者も差越候事
但此時迄御改易御追放之者も一通り御暇被下候者も取扱同事之様ニ有之ニ付狛伊勢方可相伺旨被申故大野
三左衛門相伺候処右之品相立候様被仰付候ニ付貞順儀右之通之由御用状ニ申来ル
一同三巳年石黒名三右衛門度々願指出シ上ヲ軽シメ申儀共不応思召御暇
但一通り之御暇ゟハ厳敷候而寺へ立退且又御構書判形被仰付本紙御鷹匠頭岸茂左衛門

一同四午年吉井勘右衛門忰太右衛門出奔仕候而欠落体之趣申立加州縁者方へ罷出頼候処勘右衛門

一、寛保2年戌年 岡部左膳方へ申し渡されたのは、御改易・御暇を下される者がある節、親類共がその者の方へ罷り越し、無段直ちに相達すべく間、承り届け置き御家老中へ相達すべき旨を申し聞かせられた
一、元文5年申年11月11日 塚谷源五右衛門に御暇を下された節、御改易同事に取り扱うよう岡部左膳方より指図があった
甚平按ずるに塚谷源五右衛門は御改易なり この条不審
一、 西尾甚兵衛に御暇を下されたにつき、評定所から宅へ帰り、下方へ罷り越し、組の者両人を指し越した
一、 伴新五左衛門御改易 評定所において番頭が申し渡し、御目付が列座、御構書付に判形を取り、願い寺本妙寺へ立ち退きのため、八時下方へ罷り越し大小を相渡した故、御徒目付は指し越さず組の者のみ差し越した
一、陶山与五左衛門・田川金太夫 一通りの御暇を下され御法の通り取り扱いを致した 金太夫は評定所から松岡へ帰るまで、ここもと組の者両人を付け置き、それより御国境まで遠見並びに屋敷付共に松岡組の者が相勤めた
一、享保9年辰年10月29日 唐沢右衛門・桑野加右衛門・同兵助に御暇を下され、評定所において番頭が申し渡し、御目付が列座、御構並びに御領分に居申す一札の判形を取り、兵助へは絵図の間において御徒頭が申し渡し、御目付が列座、御構の判形を取った 三人共に宿へ帰らず評定所から御関所まで遠見組の者両人ずつ、屋敷へも組の者を付け、屋敷奉行へも申し遣わした《割書：右加右衛門は吉江牛屋村福正寺へ立ち退いたところ、翌晦日の夜に自滅を致した もっとも御暇を下された者故御構いはない筈であるが、御暇間もないことなので書置等もあるかと様子を承るため、組の者両人を差し越し相改めさせた》

与力奥山七郎右衛門を呼び寄せ、旧冬からの病気の様子、医者療治の次第を口上書に急度ないよう七郎右衛門に認めさせ入御覧した 右口上書に七郎右衛門が印判をしたこと

However, until this time, those with domain confiscation, banishment, and ordinary dismissal were all handled the same way, so it was said that Koma Ise's section should be consulted. When Ōno Sanzaemon made inquiry, he was ordered to establish distinctions for such cases, so regarding Teijun's matter, it was reported in official correspondence as above.
1. Shōtoku 3, Year of the Snake: Ishiguro Nasaemon repeatedly submitted petitions showing disrespect for superiors, which did not meet with approval, so was granted dismissal.
However, this was stricter than ordinary dismissal, requiring retreat to a temple and confinement documents with signatures. The original document was kept by head falconer Kishi Shigezaemon.
1. Shōtoku 4, Year of the Horse: Yoshii Kanemon's son Tauemon absconded and claimed to be a deserter, going to relatives in Kaga province for help. However, he was told he could not be accommodated without Kanemon's guarantee and returned.
