其方忰同名勘兵衛事於江戸表当七日致他出大酒及酔狂途中ニ而家来折檻剰他所之出家之遇介抱罷帰節於御門も猥儀共兼而御門外之
儀ハ小事も品ニより重ク可被仰付旨御掟有之処右之様子其上御忌中旁不届千万ニ候急度可被仰付候へ共御用捨被成御改易被仰付候其方儀
殉死仕候家筋之者ニ候ヘハ其段被思召五人ふち被下置候以上 三月廿二日
一御暇被下候者御国中へ立入不申筈之事
但軽キ者ニ至候而ハ御城下町方ニ直ニ罷在候事も有之
又役儀等之品ニより御国外へ出不申様ニ被仰付儀も有之

又候立帰候儀不届者ニ候間牢舎可申付置旨彦右衛門へ申渡之
一享保十二未九月廿一日之留京都朋姫様附御医師田辺古庵御暇被下京都寺沢勘左衛門方へ取扱方申遣近藤

その方忰同名勘兵衛のこと、江戸表において当7日他出を致し大酒で酔狂に及び、途中にて家来を折檻し、剰え他所の出家に遇い介抱され罷り帰った節、御門においても猥りがましい儀共 兼ねてより御門外の儀は小事も品により重く仰せ付けられるべき旨の御掟があるところ、右の様子、その上御忌中とりわけ不届き千万に候 急度仰せ付けられるべきところ御用捨被成され御改易を仰せ付けられた その方の儀、殉死仕った家筋の者に候えばその段を思し召され五人扶持を下し置かれ候 以上 3月22日
一、御暇を下された者は御国中へ立ち入り申さざる筈のこと
但し軽い者に至っては御城下町方に直に罷り在ることもあり
また役儀等の品により御国外へ出申さぬよう仰せ付けられる儀もあり
一、享保15年戌年7月5日 御暇を下された田辺古庵の儀、昨晩木田町まで罷り帰り何かと申し付け指し置いた段、町奉行大宮彦右衛門が相達した 右御暇を下され御国へ立ち入るまじき者が毎度立ち帰り度々御払いのところ、また立ち帰った儀は不届き者に候間、牢舎申し付け置くべき旨を彦右衛門へ申し渡した
一、享保12年未年9月21日の留 京都朋姫様付御医師田辺古庵に御暇を下され、京都寺沢勘左衛門方へ取り扱い方申し遣わし、近藤八右衛門が御長屋において古庵へ申し渡し諸事取り扱った留がある
一、同19年寅年6月29日 御内御右筆落合長左衛門 不行跡につき御暇を下され、長左衛門方にあった総列並びに御膳帳・御用箱の鍵共に高橋伴右衛門方へ相渡すよう長左衛門へ申し聞かせ、御徒目付が受け取りに差し越すよう本多縫殿方が申し聞かせ、月番新右衛門が取り扱った
一、寛保2年戌年12月11日 岡部高伯 当秋御暇を下され御領分内に居住し諸事相慎み罷り在るよう仰せ付けられたにつき、新保円海寺隠居の伯父につきこちらに禁足し罷り在ったところ、妻子養育し難く渇命に及んだにつき、在辺で病用に相勤めるよう仰せ付け下し置かれるよう円海寺が相願ったにつき、願いの通り仰せ付けられた間、諸事相慎み病用等相勤めるべき旨を郡奉行堀勘左衛門へ御家老中が申し渡された
一、延享元年子年11月9日 江戸において雪吹金太夫の儀、先頃他出を致したところ先方での取り扱いも宜しからず、夜更けに御屋敷へ罷り帰り御法を相背き、その上御時節柄の儀重々不届きなる致し方につき、侍を御削り被成され御改易を仰せ付けられた 以上
