御暇被下候者妻子之事
一親御暇被下候得ハ忰別ニ御奉公相勤候者も御暇被下候事
但他家へ養子ニ罷越候者ハ御構無之手前ニ罷在候忰十五歳ゟ以上ハ親同事他国へ立退候筈
一御暇被下候者之父子兄弟他家へ罷越候者之儀ハ御暇ハ不被下遠慮伺可申候条遠慮可被申付事
一御暇被下候者之忰幼少ニ付親類共方へ引取置候分十五歳ニ罷成候ハヽ他国へ可差越
但出家町人百姓ニ仕侍を立不申品之儀ハ御国ニ罷在候而も御構無之筈右様之者
有之節ハ被相伺候上可被申渡事
一享保二酉十月廿一日自今以後御暇被下候者忰一類共かたへ引取置申候ハヽ十五ニ罷成候迄介抱仕十五歳ニ罷成候ハヽ他国為仕候様可致旨右番頭仲間中相心得
罷在候様可申伝旨恒岡安左衛門へ申渡候 但此節大御番恒岡安左衛門番組渋谷五郎右衛門かたニ先頃御暇被下候日下部権六忰幼少其上病身ニも候事
候故介抱仕置度旨願申上指置候右之忰先其儘差置十五歳ニ罷成候其節御家老中へ相達親かたへ差遣候様ニ五郎右衛門へ可申付旨安左衛門へ被申渡之
一御暇被下候者之妻娘御城下居住無御構男子も十五歳以下ハ御構無之

一、親に御暇を下されれば、息子で別に御奉公を勤めている者も御暇を下される事
ただし他家へ養子に行った者は御構いなし。手許にいる息子で15歳以上は親と同じく他国へ立ち退く定め
一、御暇を下された者の父子兄弟で他家へ行っている者の件は、御暇は下されず、遠慮を伺い申すべき条項により遠慮を申し付けられる事
一、御暇を下された者の息子で幼少につき親類の許へ引き取り置いた分は、15歳になれば他国へ差し向ける
ただし出家・町人・百姓になり侍を立てない身分の件は、御国にいても御構いなしの定め。そのような者が
いる節は伺いを立てた上で申し渡すべき事
一、享保2年（酉年）10月21日、今後御暇を下された者の息子を一類の許へ引き取り置き申すならば、15歳になるまで世話をし、15歳になれば他国へ行かせるよう致すべき旨、右番頭仲間中で心得ておくよう申し伝えるべき旨を恒岡安左衛門へ申し渡した ただしこの節大御番恒岡安左衛門番組の渋谷五郎右衛門の許に、先頃御暇を下された日下部権六の息子で幼少の上病身でもある事があり、世話をしたい旨願い申し上げ差し置いた。右の息子はそのまま差し置き、15歳になった節に御家老中へ届け出て親の許へ差し遣わすよう五郎右衛門へ申し付けるべき旨を安左衛門へ申し渡した
一、御暇を下された者の妻・娘の御城下居住は御構いなし。男子も15歳以下は御構いなし
一、享保9年（辰年）御暇を下された木滑清左衛門末子萩原小八郎の事、記録あり。その後【朱書き】享保10年（巳年）2月29日 御免の上新御番組

一、同19年（寅年）8月朔日、寒江九左衛門息子が出家したい旨願った節、出家・町人等になればそのまま御国に
いても差し支えない旨、御番頭内談の節申し聞かせた記録あり《割書：ただし享保6年（丑年）7月渥美権兵衛息子共両人が追々心月寺弟子にやった件、吟味の上との由。委細記録あり》
