　義ハ平兵衛甥ニ付此者方へ両人差遣養育為仕度旨相願候由依之治兵衛義右子共之内両人引取養育仕度段口上書差出候ニ付相伺
　呉候様ニ被申遣則御家老中へ相達候処勝手次第引取養育為致候様ニと本多矢柄方被申聞其段但見方へ申遣之

当月9日、小源吾についても再び宝積院へ遣わしたい旨願い出た処、当分預け置くべきで、最終的に引き渡して引っ越しする件については追って申し聞かせるべき旨を庄兵衛方が佐野又太郎へ申し聞かせ置いた処、今日右の通り申し渡された

一、寛保2年（戌年）11月24日、坂田七右衛門へ久野四郎左衛門が最前願い出たのは、当秋御改易を仰せ付けられた佐藤半左衛門の妻子を四郎左衛門方に差し置いた処、北潟浦百姓善右衛門と申す者が半左衛門の親類につき、右半左衛門の息子の内2人を善右衛門方へ引き取り養育したい旨、願いの通り仰せ付けられたので勝手次第差し越すよう申し付けるべき旨。もっとも男子が15歳に及んだならばその節御目付共まで相達すべき由を主馬方が申し渡した

一、延享5年（辰年）5月27日、有賀極人が申し聞かせたのは、岩崎友右衛門について最前御裁許の節、妻子共については一家共方へ引き取る義は勝手次第にするよう仰せ付けられた。これにより拙者家来木村宅右衛門と申す者に由緒があるにつき、右妻子共を引き取りたい旨願った。この段よろしく取り扱ってくれるよう申し聞かせたにつき本多民部方へ相達した処、妻子共については御貪着のない者であるので勝手次第にするよう申し聞かせるべき旨につき、その段を極人へ相達した

一、同年11月6日、金津奉行平本但見方から申し遣わしたのは、松井平兵衛御咎めの節、妻子を与力屋代藤次右衛門方へ引き取った処、大勢で難儀しているにつき、森田村組頭治兵衛は平兵衛の甥につき、この者方へ両人を差し遣わし養育させたい旨願った由。これにより治兵衛が右子共の内両人を引き取り養育したい段の口上書を差し出したにつき、伺ってくれるよう申し遣わした。則ち御家老中へ相達した処、勝手次第引き取り養育するようにと本多矢柄方が申し聞かせ、その段を但見方へ申し遣わした

一、享保15年（戌年）7月21日、伴新五左衛門の末子三井玄珉。この者は新五左衛門に御暇を下された砌幼年でその上末子のことゆえ親類共方へ引き取り差し置いた。当年14歳になり、三国町医三井高庵の弟子にして三国に在住している。新五左衛門の息子共にその以後久離を願い申し上げ通路を絶った。今度玄珉について大赦を仰せ付けられる砌であるので御勘気御免を成し下し置かれるよう叔父坂井久作が願い申した旨を目付中が相達したにつき、御耳に達し願いの通り仰せ出されたにつき、その段を申し渡すべき由。新五左衛門に御暇を下された節、御留守番組の者ゆえ御留守居月番恒岡安左衛門へ申し渡した

山中猪兵衛の弟藤七。この者について猪兵衛に御暇を下された砌、父久兵衛も同事を仰せ付けられたゆえ父子出国する節同道して他国へ出た。その節何の御構いも仰せ付けられない者であるが、御国へ立ち入るべからず旨を申し聞かせ指し出し申した。今度大赦に猪兵衛の御構いを御免成し下された。藤七についても御国の内へ立ち入るようにしたい旨を和田長左衛門が願い申し達した由。これまた御目付共が相達したにつき御耳に達し、御勘気御免の趣を最前猪兵衛の番頭菅沼与一郎へ申し渡した

1. Kanpō 2 (Year of the Dog), 11th month, 24th day: Kuno Shirōzaemon had previously petitioned Sakata Shichizaemon that the wife and children of Satō Hanzaemon, who was ordered domain confiscation this autumn, had been placed with Shirōzaemon. Since a farmer from Kitagata-ura named Zen'emon was a relative of Hanzaemon, he wished to take in and raise two of Hanzaemon's sons. As petitioned, this was ordered, so they should be sent at their discretion. However, when male children reach 15 years of age, this should be reported to the inspectors at that time, as communicated by Shume's office.

1. Enkyō 5 (Year of the Dragon), 5th month, 27th day: Ariga Gokujin communicated regarding Iwasaki Tomozaemon that at the time of his previous judicial decision, it was ordered that matters of family members taking in his wife and children could be handled at their discretion. Accordingly, since my retainer Kimura Takuzaemon has connections, I petitioned to take in the said wife and children. When I requested favorable handling of this matter, it was reported to Honda Minbu's office. Since there was no special attachment to the wife and children, it should be communicated that this could be handled at their discretion, and this was communicated to Gokujin.

1. Same year, 11th month, 6th day: Hiramoto Tadami's office from the Kanazu magistrate sent word that when Matsui Heibei was punished, his wife and children were taken in by assistant magistrate Yashiro Tōjiemon, but with many people it became difficult. Since village headman Jihei of Morita village was Heibei's nephew, they petitioned to send two people to his place for care. Accordingly, Jihei submitted an oral statement wishing to take in and care for two of the said children, so they requested an inquiry. This was immediately reported to the senior councilors, and Honda Yagara's office communicated that they could take them in and care for them at their discretion, and this was sent to Tadami's office.

1. Kyōhō 15 (Year of the Dog), 7th month, 21st day: Miina Genmin, youngest son of Ban Shingozaemon. When Shingozaemon was granted dismissal, this person was young and moreover the youngest son, so he was taken in by relatives. This year he turned 14 and became a disciple of Mii Kōan, a physician in Mikuni town, residing in Mikuni. Subsequently, he petitioned for permanent separation from Shingozaemon's other sons and cut off communication. Since Genmin will now receive the great amnesty, his uncle Sakai Kyūsaku petitioned that his punishment be pardoned and this was reported by the inspectors. When this reached higher authority and was granted as petitioned, this should be communicated. Since Shingozaemon belonged to the castle-keeper unit when granted dismissal, this was communicated to the castle-keeper monthly duty officer Tsuneoka Yazaemon.

Yamanaka Ihei's younger brother Tōshichi: When Ihei was granted dismissal, his father Kyūbei was also ordered the same, so when father and son left the domain they went together to other provinces. At that time, although no particular restrictions were imposed on him, he was told not to enter the domain and sent away. Now with the great amnesty, Ihei's restrictions have been pardoned. Wada Chōzaemon petitioned and reported that Tōshichi should also be allowed to enter the domain. This was also reported by the inspectors, and when it reached higher authority, the pardon was communicated earlier to Ihei's unit captain Suganuma Yoichirō.
