一追院之僧有之節町奉行所へ御目付壱人罷越立退候節御国境迄組之者両人見
隠レニ遣ス筈
一享保三戌年◦四月十三日愛宕山松玄院《割書：役所之下知を請不申者ニ候へハ御領分ニ難差置候何方へも勝手次第罷越候様

儀兵衛樫尾甚太夫幷御目付組之者四人寺迄差越置本覚寺寺門前近所ニ指控罷在候門徒共大勢入込可申
儀も可有之哉与右之通申付候旨御家老中被申聞候

追院・退院・寺外隠居
一、追院の僧がある節は、町奉行所へ御目付1人が出向き、立ち退く節は御国境まで組の者2人が見え隠れに遣わす手筈である。
一、享保3年（戌年）4月13日、愛宕山松玄院《割書：役所の下知を請けない者であるので御領分に差し置くことは困難である。何方へでも勝手次第に行くようにするべき旨を仰せ付けられた》の節、小川与右衛門御目付1人、大宮彦右衛門町奉行宅へ出向いた事。立ち退くまで組の者を付け置き、立ち退く節に組の者2人が見え隠れに御国境まで遣わした事。

一、退院は御城下を立ち退く事で、御目付の立ち合いはない。
一、文化2年（丑年）春
一、寺外隠居は寺前へ指し出すまでである事。
一、文化2年（丑年）松岡天龍寺東光寺寺前隠居を仰せ付けられた
一、享保4年（亥年）5月18日、普観寺へ仰せ渡された左の通り、寺社奉行大宮彦右衛門へ相渡された：
「その方の事、不正の仕方共があり御国法にも相障り申す儀である。よってその方住職の内は御祈祷を仰せ付けられるべからず候。かつまた御寄附料も相止められ候。以上」《割書：右仰せ渡しにより普観寺が退院した旨、同21日評定に彦右衛門が相達した》
一、同年9月16日、岡保西光寺看坊陸海と申す僧に不届きな謀計があり、御城下追払いを仰せ付けられた事。なお御城下寺社諸事部に出されている。
一、元禄14年（卯年）6月29日、本覚寺父子に御国追放を仰せ付けられた節、渥美新右衛門宅にて申し渡し、寺へ帰ってから寺を立ち退くまで、御徒目付永田儀兵衛・樫尾甚太夫並びに御目付組の者4人を寺まで差し越し置いた。本覚寺寺門前近所に控えて在った門徒共が大勢入り込む儀もあるだろうかと、右の通り申し付けた旨を御家老中が申し聞かせた。
一、安永6年（酉年）8月7日、外中嶋妙長寺寺外隠居、七里四方立ち入り申すべからず旨、その外寺方御咎めがあった。

1. When there is a monk to be banished from a temple, one inspector shall proceed to the town magistrate's office, and when departing, two group members shall escort them inconspicuously to the domain border.
1. Kyōhō 3 (Year of the Dog), 4th month, 13th day: At Atago-yama Shōgen-in {{Marginal note: Since this person does not accept orders from the office, it is difficult to keep him in the domain territory. He should be ordered to go anywhere at his discretion}}, Inspector Ogawa Yozaemon and one other proceeded to Town Magistrate Ōmiya Hikoemon's residence. Group members were stationed until departure, and when departing, two group members escorted inconspicuously to the domain border.

Due to misconduct by Ryōjun, retired monk of Reisen-ji in Tōgō town
Banishment from the castle town and Tōgō town was approved upon inquiry

1. Kyōhō 4 (Year of the Boar), 5th month, 18th day: The following was communicated to Fukuan-ji and delivered to Temple and Shrine Magistrate Ōmiya Hikoemon:
"Regarding you, there have been improper conducts that violate domain laws. Therefore, while you remain as head priest, no prayers shall be commissioned from you. Furthermore, donation funds shall also be stopped. That is all." {{Marginal note: Due to this communication, Fukuan-ji retired from the temple, as reported by Hikoemon to the council on the 21st of the same month}}
1. Same year, 9th month, 16th day: The monk Rikkai, assistant priest of Saikō-ji in Okaho, engaged in improper plotting and was ordered expelled from the castle town. This matter is also recorded in the Castle Town Temple and Shrine Various Affairs section.
1. Genroku 14 (Year of the Rabbit), 6th month, 29th day: When the father and son of Honkaku-ji were ordered banished from the domain, the sentence was pronounced at Atsumi Shinzaemon's residence. From their return to the temple until their departure, Foot Inspector Nagata Gihei, Kashio Jindayū, and four inspector group members were dispatched to the temple. The senior councilors communicated that this arrangement was made considering that many temple parishioners gathered near the temple gate might cause disturbances.
1. An'ei 6 (Year of the Rooster), 8th month, 7th day: Myōchō-ji in Soto-Nakajima was confined outside the temple and forbidden from entering within seven ri in all directions, among other temple punishments.
