タ 江戸における処罰の留守役 レ 江戸留守役の処罰 ソ 京都住まい・江戸定府・勤番者等の処罰 ツ 処罰の際の同居 子 処罰中の病人および病死の取り扱い ナ 処罰中の一切の変更事項の取り扱い ラ 遠慮伺いの件 ム 通路の件 ウ 与力・小役人以下諸代官までの処罰 井 組の者以下の処罰および咎 ノ 家来の処罰および咎・成敗 オ 百姓・町人の処罰・過料および咎 ク 処罰に関する諸事 ヤ 赦免 【タ~ヤは朱書き】    審理・評議 一、享保九年辰年、雑用役野沢九太夫および手代佐藤市左衛門の役儀の勘定をする際、以前から徒目付が出向くことになっていたため提出するよう奉行中が申し聞かせたが、評議が目付に命じられた場合は提出する。この度は家財没収のみが命じられたため、徒目付は勘定の場に出向かない。追って放免の際も目付は関与しない。 一、    寒江九左衛門 一、元文二年巳年、御金奉行成瀬平左衛門の手形回りに不足があったため口上書を提出したところ、御奉行千本藤左衛門、御目付中村八太夫に平左衛門方を審理するよう命じられ、口上を記録した。藤左衛門が申し聞かせ、平左衛門の名の下に印を押した。これは以前寒江九左衛門の口上記録の際の判形の例によるものである。 一、    米岡加兵衛手代片岡七郎右衛門・湯本文左衛門を奉行中立ち会いで評議するよう命じられ、御目付大谷儀左衛門が担当した。勘定所長屋に入れ置き、番人として御長柄の者を付け置き、賄いは山茶屋に申し付けて給仕させた。勘定所での評議の際、徒目付一人を差し出す。右両人の宿へ奉行組両人、目付組両人を派遣し、諸道具を封印し、妻子はそのまま置き、封印した物は加兵衛が預かった。 一、文化二年丑年、御先物頭平岡金左衛門組中野立左衛門について町役所で立ち会い詮議があった。 一、文化八年未六月二十五日、侍の身分を削られずに審理中、揚り屋に入れられた際の駕籠舁きの件は入牢の部に記載する。 一、文政十二年丑十月、上領郡奉行佐々木小左衛門が御家老中に報告したのは、支配下太良村の出入り一件について双方が屈伏せず、よって翌日再び正すため徒目付を郡方に出役させるよう報告したところ、御家老中から右小左衛門の願いの通り徒目付を 【左上朱書き】イ

In the 9th year of Kyōhō, year of the Dragon (1724), when accounting for the duties of miscellaneous affairs official Nozawa Kyūdayū and his deputy Satō Ichizaemon, since foot inspectors had previously been dispatched, the magistrates ordered submission [of documents]. However, when deliberation is ordered to the inspectors, they shall submit. This time, only confiscation of household goods was ordered, so the foot inspectors did not appear at the accounting venue. Later, even during release, the inspectors shall not be involved. 1.     Samie Kyūzaemon 1. In the 2nd year of Genbun, year of the Snake (1737), when there was a shortage in the bond circulation of gold magistrate Naruse Heizaemon, a verbal report was submitted. Magistrate Senmoto Tōzaemon and Inspector Nakamura Hachidayū were ordered to examine Heizaemon's case, and the oral testimony was recorded. Tōzaemon conveyed the order, and a seal was affixed under Heizaemon's name. This followed the precedent of the seal used during Samie Kyūzaemon's oral testimony record. 1.     Rice official Yoneoka Kahē's deputies Kataoka Shichirōemon and Yumoto Bunzaemon were ordered to deliberate with magistrates present, and Inspector Ōtani Gizaemon was in charge. They were confined to the accounting office quarters, with long-spear guards assigned to watch them, and meals were arranged through the mountain teahouse. During deliberations at the accounting office, one foot inspector was dispatched. Two magistrate group members and two inspector group members were sent to both men's residences, various tools were sealed, wives and children were left as they were, and the sealed items were entrusted to Kahē. 1.
