　栃屋半左衛門御勘定奉行山中久兵衛日比野七郎右衛門御徒目付永田作兵衛幷組之者弐人右罷越諸道具相改帳面
　御勘定奉行致印形御目付月番三寺久左衛門方へ持参候ニ付受取之夜更候間明朝御家老中
　へ罷出可申達旨御勘定奉行両人へ申聞右帳面翌朝久左衛門持参御用番松平主馬方へ
　入披見候
　　但右闕所之儀取扱先年■野四郎左衛門取扱候通ニ而勘定奉行斗改印形御使番ハ不及印

一、文化2年丑年、御先物頭平岡金左衛門組中の野立左衛門闕所、株金分として役人6人が下された《割書：闕所取扱いは七冊物に詳しい》

表へ記入すべし

○一、元禄12年巳年3月21日、御代官役留沢金右衛門の件で和田三五左衛門へ御預けとなり闕所を仰せ付けられた際、御使番栃屋半左衛門、御勘定奉行山中久兵衛・日比野七郎右衛門、御徒目付永田作兵衛並びに組の者2人が出向いて諸道具を改め、帳面に御勘定奉行が印形をして御目付月番三寺久左衛門方へ持参したところ、受け取った時刻が夜更けであったため、明朝御家老中へ罷り出て申し達すべき旨を御勘定奉行両人へ申し聞かせ、右帳面を翌朝久左衛門が持参して御用番松平主馬方へ入れて披見した

　　ただし右闕所の件の取り扱いは先年■野四郎左衛門が取り扱った通りで、勘定奉行のみが改めて印形をし、御使番は印形に及ばない

一、文化4年卯4月、御坊主柴田伝佐が江戸表において出奔した跡の闕所の訳は七冊物にこれ有り

一、同年7月4日、一乗町の出倉ヤ次郎右衛門の家財闕所、贋札取扱いにより6月23日に場所において助命

一、同8日、紺屋町米屋喜右衛門も右同断、贋札を拵えたにより6月23日打首獄門

一、同22日、勝見下町市川屋市右衛門も右同断　ただし郡支配なり　右同断

○1. Genroku 12, year of the snake, 3rd month, 21st day: Regarding deputy magistrate Tomezawa Kinemon, who was placed under the custody of Wada Sangozaemon and ordered to have his property confiscated, messenger Tochiiya Hanzaemon, accounting magistrates Yamanaka Kyūbei and Hibino Shichirōemon, foot inspector Nagata Sakubei, and two group members went to inspect his various tools. The accounting magistrates stamped the ledger and brought it to the monthly inspector Mitera Kyūzaemon. Since it was received late at night, the two accounting magistrates were told to appear before the senior councilors the next morning to report. The said ledger was brought by Kyūzaemon the next morning and submitted to duty officer Matsudaira Shume for review.

However, the handling of this confiscation case followed the precedent of ■no Shirōzaemon from previous years, with only the accounting magistrates applying their seals for inspection, while the messenger did not need to apply a seal.

1. Bunka 4, year of the rabbit, 4th month: The details of the confiscation following the flight of monk Shibata Densuke from Edo are contained in the seven-volume work.

1. Same year, 7th month, 4th day: Confiscation of household goods of Dekuraya Jirōemon of Ichijō-machi. His life was spared at the execution ground on the 23rd day of the 6th month due to his involvement in counterfeit money handling.

1. Same 8th day: Komeya Kiemon of Kōnya-machi, same as above. He was beheaded and his head displayed due to manufacturing counterfeit money on the 23rd day of the 6th month.

1. Same 22nd day: Ichikawaya Ichiemon of Katsumi Lower Town, same as above. However, he was under district administration. Same punishment as above.
