一、同12年午11月6日、寄合美濃部直理の拝知300石を召し上げ、蟄居を仰せ付けた。堀勘左衛門の次男熊太郎へ家名をお立て下されたため、熊太郎方へ蟄居をさせて置いた件。
右の御取扱いは狛木工方の宅へ直理の縁者林又左衛門、同親類高田金太夫一家共をお召し呼び置き、寄合月番佐々木孫四郎へ仰せ渡され御書付を渡された。
右の席へ又左衛門・金太夫が出席して、孫四郎へ仰せ渡された趣を承った。【朱書き】この後の手続き◇印を見合わせること
一、同13年未10月11日、寄合林織衛の姉が昨年遊郭へ入れられたところ、この度遊郭から出されたため、織衛方に厳重に押し込んで差し置くよう仰せ付けられた。
一、天保5年午7月、蟄居御免の御内定の件は赦免の部に出ている。

一、右の孫四郎へ仰せ渡し終わって、蟹江善右衛門が又左衛門・金太夫へ申し聞かせた。後刻直理が罷り出て仰せ渡される節、次の席に両人共に詰め、途中で同道して参るべき旨を御家老中が申し聞かされた旨を申し渡した。又左衛門が申し答えたのは、右の直理への仰せ渡しが相済んで帰宅する節、途中で同道することを御家老中が申し聞かされたことを了承した。直理の件で途中、私共への御預けの趣であれば了承する。一通り途中の警固として仰せ付けられた趣でもあれば、御家老中の御了簡違いであるから、きっと存じ寄りを申し達すべき段を申したところ、善右衛門をはじめ目付仲が申し聞かせたのは、決してそのような儀ではなく、途中の件は御預けの趣であるから、そのように得心すべき旨であった。それならば了承する。後刻直理への仰せ渡しが相済んだなら、私共へお渡しいただきたい。受け取り預かって直理宅へ参り、堀勘左衛門宅へ熊太郎方に蟄居をさせるべき旨があり、相済んだところ、直理が病気で罷り出なかった。
これにより直理宅へ佐々木孫四郎、御目付杉浦幸左衛門・粕谷彦左衛門が遣わされたので、又左衛門・金太夫も参るべき旨があった。右の各々が参り、目付中が列座し、孫四郎が御書付を以て申し渡した。《割書：私の意見では、この取扱いは御改易・御暇の部に記し置いた元文5年申年の酒井典膳方へ申し渡された趣とは相違している》
一、明和8年卯2月25日、新番組28石4人扶持の堀吉太夫に蟄居を仰せ付け、嫡子助蔵へ18石4人扶持を下され新番へ入れられた。これは呉服町の太物屋与八という者との金銀の在り判印を相渡し置いて取扱いが宜しくなかったための御咎めである。
一、同年5月25日、小川与右衛門の父帰道に蟄居を仰せ付けた。これは一類の内の千本長右衛門・河村市治両人が評定所へお召し呼ばれて仰せ渡され、その上右の両人が与右衛門宅へ参って帰道へ申し渡した。この節、与右衛門の弟代蔵は髪を切って追放、与右衛門は遠慮を仰せ付けられたが、6月25日に遠慮御免となった。
一、右同日、山田伝十郎の父に蟄居、何方へも罷り出ず厳重にこの以後相守り居るべき旨を、御番頭磯野多宮が筆頭柘植伊右衛門を遣わして申し渡した。伝十郎は遠慮を仰せ付けられたが、6月25日に御免となった。
一、文政12年丑8月8日、桜井定右衛門が願い出たのは、中山与十郎の養父与一右衛門の娘が昨年不調法の儀があって遊郭へ入れられたところ、先達て遊郭を御免になり定右衛門方に蟄居を仰せ付けられたが、部屋も相願う儀も恐れ入るが、定右衛門の弟が兼ねてから癇症で近頃差し重なり、やむを得ず囲い入れ置いたため部屋も無いため、右の与一右衛門の娘を有馬左兵衛佐殿家中小川甚右衛門という者（定右衛門の伯父である）の方へ当分預け置いて慎ませたい旨を願い、口上書を差し出して御家老中へ相達したところ、9月5日に願いの通り仰せ付けられた。よって翌6日直に丸岡へ差し越した旨を月番同役へ定右衛門から相達した。組の者等は差し出さなかった。
ただし右の与一右衛門の娘は、すなわち与十郎の元妻であったが、文政11年子7月頃不埒の儀があって与十郎が離縁し、遊郭へ遣わされた。その後遊郭を御免になった。桜井定右衛門は右の娘の母里で、定右衛門は娘の伯父であるため、こちらに蟄居を仰せ付けられ慎ませて差し置くよう仰せ付けられたとのこと。もっとも最初の離縁の節も、家の娘の事故で定右衛門方へ差し越したことである。

After the orders were given to Magoshirō, Kanie Zen'emon informed Matazaemon and Kin'dayū that when Naori later appeared to receive his sentence, both should remain at the next seat and accompany him on the way, as conveyed by the senior councilors. Matazaemon replied that he understood the senior councilors' instruction to accompany Naori on his return journey after sentencing. If this was a matter of entrusting Naori to them during the journey, he understood. However, if this was merely appointed as standard escort duty, it would be a misunderstanding by the senior councilors, and he would certainly need to express his opinion. Zen'emon and other inspectors clarified that this was definitely not such a matter, but rather an entrustment during the journey, so it should be understood as such. In that case, he would accept. When Naori's sentencing was completed, he should be handed over to them. 1. Meiwa 8, rabbit year, 2nd month, 25th day: Hori Kichidayū of the new guard unit with 28 koku and provisions for 4 men was sentenced to house arrest. His son Sukezō was granted 18 koku and provisions for 4 men and entered the new guard. This was due to improper handling of financial seal agreements with a draper named Yohachi from Gofuku-machi.
1. Same year, 5th month, 25th day: House arrest was imposed on Kitō, father of Ogawa Yoemon. Family members Senbon Chōemon and Kawamura Ichiji were summoned to the council chamber for the announcement, then both went to Yoemon's residence to inform Kitō. At this time, Yoemon's younger brother Daizō had his hair cut and was banished, while Yoemon was ordered to show restraint, but was pardoned from restraint on the 25th day of the 6th month.

He wished to temporarily place Yoichiemon's daughter with Ogawa Jin'emon (Sadaemon's uncle) of the Arima Saheiza household for disciplinary purposes. Note: This daughter of Yoichiemon was formerly Yojūrō's wife, but around the 7th month of Bunsei 11, rat year, due to misconduct, Yojūrō divorced her and she was sent to a pleasure quarter.
