その件を御家老中へも連絡し、条左衛門方への用事・通路の件について雨森儀右衛門が取次をして、筆頭千本長右衛門方まで申し伝え、孫兵衛方へ連絡した。
一、元文元年辰年六月二十八日、中村左太八が盗賊侵入の報告について不都合な件があり逼塞となる。八月十六日に御免となる。
一、同五申年五月十九日、柳下理兵衛が逼塞を申し付けられた際、理兵衛の屋敷近所へ組の者一人を配置するよう申し渡され、用事が済んで帰る際には見張りのため組の者一人を配置した。
ただし、この時逼塞を申し付けられた者には組の者一人ずつを派遣していたが、二人ずつ派遣するのが適当であると同役中で相談した。《割書：八百里が推測するに、この時加藤茂兵衛が蟄居を申し付けられ、組の者が屋敷近所に二人、遠見二人で都合四人である》

This matter was also communicated to the senior retainers, and regarding business and passage to Jōzaemon's residence, Amemori Giemon served as intermediary and conveyed the message to chief retainer Senbon Chōemon, who then communicated it to Magobei.
1. On the 28th day of the sixth month of Genbun 1 (1736), Year of the Dragon, Nakamura Satahachi was placed under house confinement due to improper handling of a burglary report. He was pardoned on the 16th day of the eighth month.
1. On the 19th day of the fifth month of the same 5th year, Year of the Monkey [Genbun 5, 1740], when Yagishita Rihei was ordered into house confinement, it was directed that one group member be stationed near Rihei's residence, and when he returned after completing his business, one group member was posted as a lookout.
However, while one group member each was being sent for those ordered into house confinement at this time, fellow officials discussed that it would be appropriate to send two each. <<Marginal note: Yaori speculates that at this time Katō Mohei was ordered into house arrest, with two group members near the residence and two lookouts, making four in total.>>
