現代語訳
その旨申し遣わした。右の勘左衛門処罰一件は、下代真柄茂兵衛という者の勘定に差し支えがあったため、御国において御詮議が当秋に行われ、右一条につき成るべし。
一、文政八年正月二十三日、江戸にて秋田運之助へ「根来半兵衛に御用があるため、支度ができ次第御国表へ帰参するよう仰せ付けられた、その旨申し渡すべし」と御目付へ「根来半兵衛はこの度御国へ帰参する道中、指し控え同様に心得、御国表へ到着したならば御目付へ届け出るべし。もっとも出勤等はしないよう半兵衛へ申し聞かせるべし」

That matter was communicated accordingly. The aforementioned punishment case of Kanzaemon involved accounting irregularities by his deputy Magara Mohee, and an investigation was conducted in the domain that autumn regarding this matter.
1. On the 23rd day of the 1st month of Bunsei 8 (1825), in Edo, to Akita Un'nosuke: "Negoro Hanbee has official business, so he is ordered to return to the domain as soon as preparations are complete. This should be communicated to him." To the inspector: "Negoro Hanbee should understand that his journey back to the domain this time is similar to house arrest. Upon arrival at the domain, he should report to the inspector. Moreover, Hanbee should be told not to perform official duties."
