申し渡された織衛の姉の取り扱いについて、織衛の親類のうち浦上官吾、堤七太夫の両人に申し付けられ、織衛宅へ御徒目付の中村勘太夫、岡十次兵衛の両人を遣わし、町奉行与力の山岡与三右衛門が出向いた。右の趣旨を織衛の姉へ官吾、七太夫が申し渡し、直ちに御徒目付に引き渡した。その場で駕籠を寄せて乗せ、山岡与三右衛門が受け取り揚屋へ送った。翌未年十一月十一日、揚屋から出し、織衛方にしっかりと押し込み置くべき旨を御用番岡部造酒助方寄合月番秋田八郎兵衛へ申し渡した。同日暮れ時、御徒目付中村勘太夫、高須直右衛門の両人を織衛宅へ遣わし、そこから揚屋へ迎えに遣わして引き取った上で、織衛から手紙で月番の御目付へ断りを入れた。
一 文化八年（未年）六月二十五日、侍身分を削られずに審理中、大工町揚屋敷へ遣わされる際の駕籠かきの件について、今後は町人足に申し付ける件が、この度改めて申し出られた。御用書は左の通り：
侍中で不審の件があり大工町揚屋敷へ入れられる際
駕籠人足の件は町人足に申し付ける。
但し月番から町奉行へ御用人足の件を申し遣わすこと。
一 同月二十九日、伊藤官兵衛はかねてより不審があり揚屋敷に入れ置かれていたところ、今日追放が申し付けられたため、大工町から往来川口御門所まで申し付けられた。
一 駕籠は古物方の指紙を御徒目付に申し付けて取らせて町与力へ遣わすこと。右の指紙を町役所から御用人足両人に持たせて御駕籠屋へ取りに向かわせ、直ちに大工町へ遣わすこと。以後この通り取り扱うべきこと。
一 元禄十四年（巳年）五月二十二日、金津において牢屋太左衛門という者が牢死した趣を大宮彦右衛門方から申し遣わしてきたため、その段を伺ったところ、組の者を差し越すには及ばず、彦右衛門が審理の上のことであるから死骸を片付けるよう御家老中が申し聞かせた。この条は異変死疾の部牢死の条に入れる。
一 文政十一年（子年）七月二十二日、大工町で牢破りがあり、町奉行桑山十蔵が遠慮を伺ったところ、その義には及ばず差し控えて在り、御用の義は取り計らうべき旨が申し付けられた。
一 同年同月頃、中山与十郎の妻に不埒の件があり、与十郎が離縁を行い、その後揚屋へ入れられ、その後蟄居が申し付けられた。蟄居の部に記載する。

石原甚十郎《割書：御小姓頭取なり》の弟友之助は、かねてより癇症を患っており心底見届け難い件がございますため、甚十郎出立前に申し聞かせ置いた件もございます間、慎ませ置いたところ、近頃特に再発いたし、甚十郎江戸留守中につき一類どもで取り締まり方もいたすべきところ、右の体の癇症がございます者、この上いかような心得違いをいたしますかも計り難く存じます間、何卒御憐愍の上、大工町揚屋へ入れ置かれますよう親類どもが相願います。これにより私が親類にございますため願い上げます。これらの趣を松平源太郎殿まで宜しく仰せ達しくだされますよう。以上

但し弘化三年（午年）七月五日、友之助の病気が快復したため出牢の上、御追放が申し付けられた。

Regarding the handling of Oriei's sister as ordered, it was assigned to Urakami Kango and Tsutsumi Shichitayū from among Oriei's relatives. Foot inspectors Nakamura Kantayū and Oka Jūjibei were sent to Oriei's residence, and town magistrate assistant Yamaoka Yosaemon went out. Kango and Shichitayū conveyed the above matter to Oriei's sister and immediately handed her over to the foot inspectors. A palanquin was brought to the spot for her to board, and Yamaoka Yosaemon received her and sent her to the detention house. On November 11 of the following Year of the Sheep, she was released from the detention house and ordered to be strictly confined at Oriei's residence, as conveyed to duty officer Okabe Mikisuke's monthly duty officer Akita Hachirōbei. At dusk on the same day, foot inspectors Nakamura Kantayū and Takasu Naoemon were sent to Oriei's residence, from where they went to fetch her from the detention house and brought her back. Bunka 8 (Year of the Sheep), June 25: Regarding palanquin bearers when those under investigation without having their samurai status stripped are sent to the Daiku-machi detention quarters, it was newly proclaimed that henceforth this duty would be assigned to townsmen porters. The official document reads as follows:
When samurai under suspicion are placed in the Daiku-machi detention quarters,
Palanquin porters shall be assigned from among townsmen porters.
However, the monthly duty officer shall notify the town magistrate regarding official porters.
1. On the 29th of the same month, Itō Kanbei, who had long been under suspicion and kept in the detention quarters, was today ordered to be banished, so he was escorted from Daiku-machi to the Kawaguchi gate checkpoint.
1. For palanquins, requisition papers from the used goods office were given to foot inspectors to obtain them and send them to town assistants. These requisition papers were carried by two official porters from the town office to fetch palanquins from the palanquin shop and immediately sent to Daiku-machi. This procedure shall be followed henceforth.
1. Genroku 14 (Year of the Snake), May 22: A person called Rōya Tazaemon died in prison at Kanazu. When this was reported from Ōmiya Hikoemon's office and the matter was inquired about, the senior councilors said that there was no need to send group members, and since this was after Hikoemon's investigation, the corpse should be disposed of. 1. Bunsei 11 (Year of the Rat), July 22: There was a prison break at Daiku-machi. When town magistrate Kuwayama Jūzō inquired about restraint, he was told that this was unnecessary, to remain in self-restraint, and to handle official duties.
1. Around the same month of the same year: Nakayama Yojūrō's wife committed misconduct, Yojūrō divorced her, after which she was placed in the detention house, and subsequently house arrest was ordered. This is recorded in the house arrest section.

Ishihara Jinjūrō's {{marginal note: he is head page}} younger brother Tomonosuke has long suffered from nervous fits and his mental state is difficult to ascertain. Therefore, there were matters Jinjūrō informed him of before departure, and while he was kept under restraint, recently there has been a particular relapse. Since Jinjūrō is absent in Edo, relatives should handle supervision, but given this person's nervous condition, it is impossible to predict what kind of misconduct he might commit. Therefore, out of compassion, relatives request that he be placed in the Daiku-machi detention house. Since I am a relative, I make this petition. Please convey these matters properly to Lord Matsudaira Gentarō. Above.

The above petition was granted. Subsequently, on May 29, the aforementioned Tomonosuke committed extremely inappropriate acts, so his samurai status was stripped and he was banished beyond thirteen ri in all directions within the domain.
