吉左衛門方へ品物ハ返しニ付久蔵儀子細無之右姉儀兼而愚成生質ニ相聞候得共不届至極
ニ付御城下追放申度奉存候 云々

但条右衛門大工町揚り座敷ゟ御勘定所へ召呼候節往来共組之者両人差遣之

私の組の土田久蔵の姉の儀について、仲間の内の石田吉左衛門と申す者の留守宅へ忍び入り、着類を盗み取った趣、もっとも相知れ、残らず
吉左衛門方へ品物は返したにつき、久蔵の儀に子細は無い。右の姉の儀について、兼ねて愚かな生まれつきと相聞いているけれども、不届き至極
につき御城下追放申したく存じ奉る 云々
一、天保四巳十月、鉄砲師若林周四郎押込み、通路御城代与力堀音三郎
一、文化二丑七月二十五日、御徒近藤玄助不埒の趣相聞いたにつき、立て替えの上長々押込みを仰せ付けられた。御徒藤井又五郎の
親文右衛門不埒につき長々押し置きを仰せ付けられた事
一、天明八申八月五日、小算南部甚左衛門について評定所において御城下立退きを仰せ付けられたにつき、遠見組の者を
差し越した事。勝見真楽寺まで出払い見届けた旨
一、同日、手代竹内十右衛門も右同様につき、出払い見届け、御長柄の者を指し添えて遣わした
一、文化八未七月二十六日、瓦方下代牧田惣右衛門の御扶持を召し放たれ御城下御追放を仰せ付けられた。右の惣右衛門の儀は一統
格御坊主中野宗伴の兄弟につき、宗伴の慎み伺いをしたにつき押込みを仰せ付けられた。且つまた吉田平次左衛門下代牧田与三右衛門も右の
惣右衛門の兄弟につき、平次左衛門が慎みを申すべきかと伺いの上、押込みを申し付けた旨断り申し聞かせた
一、同年十一月、韮塚与助押込みを仰せ付けられたところ、金具師宮川佐次兵衛の実弟につき指し控え相伺いをした旨、若林庄五郎が
相達したけれども、その儀に及ばない旨申し渡した
一、享和三亥二月二十九日、御徒永山源八郎の息子松之助御追放の節、遠見組の者二人を遣わす。板取まで
一、文化元子五月六日 御城代与力 依田曽右衛門
不慎の儀これあり、松田権之助より遠慮を申し付けた旨
但し同十五日差し免じた旨、前後断りがあった
一、文化三寅十一月二十五日、勘定所溜の間において御徒安見条右衛門の儀、御徒御削りを成された旨、御書付
を以て支配頭が申し渡した節、拙者共絵図の間へ出席させ、御徒目付共を次の席に相詰めさせた。畢んで
右の条右衛門の儀、揚り屋へ入れ置かれた旨仰せ付けられたにつき、溜の間へ拙者共出席させ、縁側において十太夫が
申し渡し、相済み、奈良太郎右衛門役下の者が罷り越し滞りなく引き渡し、その節御徒目付共へ夫々取り扱いをさせたところ
相替わりの儀無く候。畢んで溜の間において条右衛門の親権八郎へ押込みを仰せ付けられた旨、松田善右衛門が
申し渡した。その節拙者共絵図の間へ出席させた
但し条右衛門を大工町揚り座敷より御勘定所へ召し呼んだ節、往来共に組の者両人を差し遣わした
一、文化四卯四月より五月へかけて、御徒佐藤喜右衛門御取扱い一件の留めがある
一、同年六月十一日、先達て横死を致した斎藤長太郎兄斎藤太右衛門始め御咎めの儀の留めがある
一、御徒を相勤めた和田与兵衛御暇を下され、家内の者を一家へ引き取り養育を致したところ、与兵衛家作の儀は先に与兵衛が年来罷り在ったところの
敷地を拝領仕り、是まで罷り在った。右の家作の分を下し置かれるならば、大勢の家内養育の取り続きに致したい旨、実叔父
相沢庄助が相願いした事 八月
一、文政八酉十一月十三日、御徒目付嶋田九郎左衛門の実弟小算中村又左衛門の儀、九郎左衛門方に同居致し居ったところ、一昨十一日御不審の儀があり
御勘定所へ召し呼んだところ、今暁自滅を致した由、親類共より申し達した。仍って仰せ付けられるべき筋もあるべきところ、御憐愍を以て右の死骸を一家共へ下し
置かれた段を仰せ付けられた。右の不届きの儀を取り計らったのは九郎左衛門方に同居中と申し、重々恐れ入り、相慎み罷り在りたいと九郎左衛門が申し達し、則ち慎みを仰せ付けられた。もっとも

inappropriate, so I humbly wish to request her banishment from the castle town, etc.
1. Tenpō 4 (Year of the Snake), 10th month: Gunsmith Wakabayashi Shūshirō was confined, with passage overseen by castle deputy yoriki Hori Otozaburō.
1. Bunka 2 (Year of the Ox), 7th month, 25th day: Upon hearing of foot soldier Kondō Gensuke's misconduct, he was replaced and ordered to long-term confinement. Foot soldier Fujii Matagorō's
father Bunemon was also ordered to long-term detention due to misconduct.

and when he was summoned to the accounting office, relatives reported that he committed suicide at dawn today. Therefore, while there should be matters that warrant punishment, out of compassion, it was ordered that the corpse be granted to the family.
Since the handling of this misconduct occurred while residing with Kurōzaemon, he expressed deep remorse and wished to show restraint. Kurōzaemon communicated this, and restraint was immediately ordered. Since there was
passage involved, he was pardoned on the 23rd of the same month.
