一享保十一午年八月九月十月之間中村太郎左衛門組八杉角太夫鵜打候節荒子《見せ消ち：脇｜膊》へ打込《見せ消ち：遠慮｜押込》申付
其後荒子疵平愈之趣ニ付押込差免 金弐歩為療治代荒子へ覚太夫ゟ為相渡候事連々留有之《割書：但以後も過料被仰付候様ニ而ハ
迷惑之段頭ゟ達有之》
一同十八丑年酒井玄蕃方家来高橋段蔵与申者致贋札候ニ付重罪人之事候故
御上へ被差上候由右ニ付西尾源太左衛門組石川庄太夫与申者右段蔵妹聟之処其
節庄太夫江戸ニ相詰罷在依之遠慮申付番人ニ而も付置可申哉与相伺候処遠
慮可申付候番人附置ニハ及間敷由被仰出候事
一元文二巳六月江戸ニ而申送候様御書付出ル左之通
今度諸組之内不届之儀有之候者共御吟味之上夫々被仰付候就夫組支配之勤方私欲
ニ掛り上之御為を不願其上頭々之難儀をも不構勤方不宜者相見申候兼
而此段御吟味も被仰付置候事ニ候得共猶以此以後《見せ消ち：人｜面》々心を附組支配之内不宜者ハ
上ゟ御誘無之以前扶持を放取替可申候尤面々了簡可有之事ニ候得ハ
上ゟ夫々被仰付候而ハ別而頭へ迷惑可致事ニ候此段寄々申聞候様被仰出候間左様
可被相心得候
一同五申年御先小栗八兵衛組郡方渡りニ而牢舎縄付之者召連三之丸北御門相通候ニ付
御扶持被放御門番人御先林又左衛門組袖川与左衛門押込置候様被仰付候留有之

一、享保十一午年八月九月十月の間、中村太郎左衛門組八杉角太夫が鵜打ちをした際、荒子《見せ消ち：脇｜膊》へ打ち込み《見せ消ち：遠慮｜押込》を申し付けた。
その後荒子の疵が平癒した趣につき押し込みを差し免じた。金二歩を療治代として荒子へ覚太夫から渡させた事、連々留めてある《割書：但し以後も過料を仰せ付けられるようであっては迷惑の段、頭から達しがある》
一、同十八丑年、酒井玄蕃方家来高橋段蔵という者が贋札を致したにつき重罪人の事候故、
御上へ差し上げられた由。これにつき西尾源太左衛門組石川庄太夫という者が右段蔵の妹聟のところ、その
節庄太夫が江戸に詰めて罷り在ったため、遠慮を申し付け、番人でも付け置くべきかと相伺ったところ、遠
慮を申し付けるべし、番人を付け置くには及ばない旨仰せ出された事
一、元文二巳六月、江戸にて申し送る様御書付が出る。左の通り
今度諸組の内不届きの儀があった者共を御吟味の上それぞれ仰せ付けられた。それについて組支配の勤め方が私欲
にかかり上の御為を願わず、その上頭々の難儀をも構わず勤め方がよろしくない者が見受けられる。兼
ねてこの段御吟味も仰せ付け置かれた事であるが、なお一層この以後《見せ消ち：人｜面》々心を付け、組支配の内でよろしくない者は
上から御誘いがない以前に扶持を放ち取り替えるべし。もっとも面々了簡があることであるから
上からそれぞれ仰せ付けられてはことのほか頭へ迷惑を致すことである。この段寄々申し聞かせる様仰せ出された間、左様
心得られるべし

1. Same 18th year (Year of the Ox): A retainer of Sakai Genba named Takahashi Danzō committed counterfeiting, and since this was a serious crime,
he was handed over to the authorities. Regarding this matter, Ishikawa Shōdayū of Nishio Gentazaemon's group, who was Danzō's brother-in-law,
was serving duty in Edo at that time, so he was ordered to refrain from duties. When inquired whether a guard should also be assigned, it was decreed that
he should refrain from duties but assigning a guard was unnecessary.
1. Genbun 2 (Year of the Snake), 6th month: A written directive was issued from Edo as follows:
Recently, misconduct has occurred among various groups, and after investigation, appropriate punishments have been imposed on those involved. Regarding this, some group supervisors' service has been
driven by personal gain, not considering the benefit of their superiors, and furthermore, not caring about the difficulties of their leaders, their service performance has been poor.
Although this matter has been under investigation for some time, henceforth ※crossed out: people｜faces※, pay more attention, and if there are unsuitable persons among group supervisors,
dismiss them and replace them before receiving guidance from above. Since each person should use their own judgment,
if orders come from above for each case, it would cause particular hardship for the leaders. This message should be conveyed to subordinates as ordered,
so please take note accordingly.
1. Same 5th year (Year of the Monkey): A member of Oguri Hachibe's advance guard group was escorting a prisoner in chains through the northern gate of the third bailey while crossing through the district office area.
For this, his stipend was revoked, and Sodekawa Yozaemon of gate guard Hayashi Matazaemon's advance guard group was ordered to be confined, and this has been recorded.
