達も無之内召連帰候趣仍之頭存を以御暇指遣候旨右之訳ニ付株金四拾五両之内三ケ二被下ニ相成候事
但文化十酉四月廿九日左之通被仰出有之

一、寛保二戌年、御先酒井六郎右衛門組油村勘左衛門、桑野段六を御城下追放仰せ付けられ、六郎右衛門
も遠慮仰せ付けられた。その節右組の者へ六郎右衛門が申し渡し取り扱いが済んで遠慮した事、留有り
一、宝暦三酉年、御目付蟹江善右衛門組桑野与左衛門と申す者、宜しくない品があり御扶持放ち
御城下追放申し付けたところ、なお追って御上から御吟味の上御国追放仰せ付けられた。右につき善右衛門
遠慮を伺ったが遠慮には及ばない旨申し聞けられた事
一、組の者御咎が立替以上は江戸御国共その頭が伺いを差し出す筈。押込みだけであれば本頭手元にその
者がいる節だけ伺いを差し出す筈。なお組の者の不念につき頭が伺いを差し出す例は遠慮伺いの条に差し出す
但し諸物頭がその同役の組を仮預かり中であれば本頭同様押込みでも伺いを差し出すが、例えば
御目付江戸詰中、中仕切組を預かっている類では伺いを差し出さない事
一、組の者不届の儀があり追放申し付ける儀は、その頭が口上書をもって同列の月番取次にて御家老中へ差し出し
願いの通り仰せ出された上で追放申し付ける事。成敗いたす儀も御家老中へ願い申し上げて取り扱う事。もっとも前
