被相返候処昨日到着候ニ付以使者被申聞候者右今助暇差出在所西袋村へ立入不申様被申付候旨
達有之郡奉行へも達有之旨然処居村立退等之儀ハ郡方ニ而も其儀も無之先方ゟも届のミ
ニ而取扱候而も宜哉御目付へ問合有之ニ付猶又令吟味候処其主人切ニ而之達ニ而ハ筋も相立兼候道
理旁御家老中へ相伺候処御家老中被申聞候ハ右中間不宜趣有之ニ付暇差遣御城下并居村追
放致度段宜取計呉候様口上書ニ而も相達候得ハ御目付ゟ御家老中へ相伺勝手次第と御差図

一 文政十三年寅年三月十八日、狛木工方の家来で江戸表へ召し連れられた今助という者が、江戸表において不都合な趣があったため御国表へ返されたところ、昨日到着したため使者をもって申し聞けられたのは、右の今助に暇を差し出させ在所西袋村へ立ち入らないよう申し付けた旨の達しがあり、郡奉行へも達しがあった旨。しかし居村立ち退きなどの儀は郡方においてもその儀もなく、先方からも届け出のみで取り扱ってもよいかと御目付へ問い合わせがあったため、なお吟味したところ、その主人だけの達しでは筋も立ちかねる道理により御家老中へ相談したところ、御家老中が申し聞けられたのは、右の中間に不都合な趣があったため暇を差し遣わし御城下並びに居村を追放したい段、よろしく取り計らうよう口上書でも相談すれば、御目付から御家老中へ相談して勝手次第と御指図があった上で、木工方の家来を召し呼び右の段勝手次第取り扱うよう申し渡すはず。その上で当主人から郡奉行へ右の咎めの趣を相談したところ、相談の通り仰せ付けられるのでよろしく取り計らうよう申し越すはず。その上で郡方において村役人並びに今助へ申し渡すこと。御用番狛帯刀方月番荻野鍋八郎。以来の儀も右の手続きに従い、その主人から伺いの口上書を御目付が取り次ぎして御家老中へ相談すべきこと。

1. Bunsei 13 (1830), Year of the Tiger, 3rd month, 18th day: Koma Mokku's retainer Imasuke, who had been taken to Edo, had some improper conduct in Edo and was sent back to the domain. When he arrived yesterday, a messenger reported that Imasuke was given dismissal and ordered not to enter his home village of Nishifukuro. This was also communicated to the district magistrate.
