不罷在候様可申付旨
一享保十九寅十二月十二日本多内蔵助方家来山井忠義当二日柳原ニ而金沢飛脚之者致切害候ニ付切腹可被申付之旨酒井玄蕃岡部左膳方ゟ□□□
越之旨被仰出此奉書留守居之者相招左膳被相渡 但本多縫殿儀内蔵助留守居之者召呼委細之趣可被申聞旨被仰出同十九日忠義儀
府中ニ而切腹被申付由翌廿日内蔵助方使者を以御用番左膳方へ被相達ニ付金沢町奉行方へ大宮彦右衛門ゟ飛札ニ而可申遣旨被仰出
其節御茶道小嶋良甫儀忠義仕合ニ付急度遠慮とハ無之門を立寄罷在筈通路なとの事ニ不及旨被仰出

之為ニ不相成其上滞京中不埒之趣相聞候ニ付立替之上
押込被仰付追而少貳親類ゟ六郎右衛門義家敷内ニ不指置候様

御徒目付を以為通御座所へ罷出候節土屋小六御用書之趣

但 此節少貳義も思召有之御家老職御免伺之上

御城下近辺に居住しないよう申し付けるべき旨
一 享保十九年寅年十二月十二日、本多内蔵助方の家来山井忠義が当二日に柳原で金沢飛脚の者を切り害したため、切腹を申し付けるべき旨を酒井玄蕃・岡部左膳方から□□□越の旨が仰せ出された。この奉書を留守居の者を招いて左膳が相渡した。ただし本多縫殿の儀について、内蔵助の留守居の者を召び呼んで委細の趣を申し聞けるべき旨が仰せ出され、同十九日に忠義の儀を府中で切腹申し付けられた由。翌二十日に内蔵助方の使者をもって御用番左膳方へ相達したため、金沢町奉行方へ大宮彦右衛門から飛札で申し遣わすべき旨が仰せ出された。
その節、御茶道小嶋良甫の儀は忠義の仕合について、厳しい遠慮というわけではなく、門を立て寄り居るはずで、通路などの事には及ばない旨が仰せ出された。

杉田少弐の家来田中六郎右衛門は兼ねて心得方が宜しくなく主家のためにならず、その上滞京中に不埒の趣が聞こえたため、立て替えの上で押込を仰せ付けられた。追って少弐の親類から六郎右衛門の儀について屋敷内に差し置かないよう、口頭で少弐へ通達があるはず。右の取扱いのため名代の者一人を指し出すよう、御徒目付をもって通じ、御座所へ参った節に土屋小六が御用書の趣を申し達した事。
ただし この節少弐の儀も思し召しがあり、御家老職御免の伺いの上で指控を仰せ付けられた。

Orders were to be given that they should not reside in areas near the castle town.
1. Kyōhō 19 (1734), Year of the Tiger, 12th month, 12th day: Honda Kuranosuke's retainer Yamai Tadayoshi killed a Kanazawa courier at Yanagihara on the 2nd day of this month. Orders for seppuku were issued through Sakai Genba and Okabe Sazen from □□□. This official letter was delivered by Sazen after summoning the caretaker. However, regarding Honda Nuinodono's matter, orders were given that Kuranosuke's caretaker should be summoned to be informed of the details. On the same 19th day, Tadayoshi was ordered to commit seppuku at Fuchū. The following 20th day, this was reported to duty officer Sazen through Kuranosuke's messenger, so orders were given that urgent notice should be sent to the Kanazawa town magistrate from Ōmiya Hikoemon.
At that time, regarding tea master Kojima Ryōho's situation in connection with Tadayoshi's case, it was ordered that this did not require strict self-restraint, that he should remain with his gate closed as expected, and that matters such as passage were not necessary.

Sugita Shōni's retainer Tanaka Rokurōemon had long been improper in his conduct and was not beneficial to his master's house. Furthermore, reports were heard of misconduct during his stay in Kyoto, so after dismissal he was sentenced to house arrest. Subsequently, Shōni's relatives were to communicate orally to Shōni that Rokurōemon should not be kept within the residence grounds. For handling this matter, one representative was to be sent through the foot inspectors, and when appearing at the lord's presence, Tsuchiya Koroku communicated the contents of the official document.
Note: At this time, there were also thoughts regarding Shōni, and after petitioning for dismissal from the senior retainer position, he was ordered to remain in confinement.
