○御法事料一式如寛政七年度白銀百枚可被下旨被 仰
渡外ニ當時未曽有之米価ニ付依願格外現米五石
代金弐拾両被下候段申渡也〇御葬送御行列御道
筋御裏門鋸図子梅屋町通為丸中立売宝町三條寺
町五條伏見街道東福寺南門より勅使門法堂仏殿
之間對前堂江奉成候之○此度御凶事御入用向ニ付今
日岡崎桑刀下坂木田庄左衛門方へ銀子銅達御頼ニ相成
也○経紀軽キ疫病ニ付今日より御■出番御断申上也
六日壬丑【ミセケチ:子】晴経千壱人早朝より東福寺へ罷越御葬送
御當夜法堂之内御葬式御場所合残前堂幷御道
筋通天橋通り廊下邊御廟所且山門御張場設所
其余御代香御殿并法中組経場所等検分諸事
御法事掛りへ遂に談了而入夜帰 殿也
七日癸寅【ミセケチ:丑】曇御葬送入足雇向木屋重蔵へ申付且御出入
方参上之人数小川庄助へ申遣也〇岡崎帯刀帰京木田
庄左衛門銀六貫目調達御請申上候旨也
九日乙辰【ミセケチ:卯】雨入夜上臈御姉弟方薙髪有之戒師東向観音
寺参上相勤之
十日丙辰【ミセケチ:辰】晴東福寺御法事掛り中へ白銀百枚外二米
五石代金弐拾両相渡也○戌刻御入棺ニ付東福寺ゟ
潜長老申刻比参 殿奉読経後退出也○戌刻御入
棺後 御所様御拝礼被為在也○今晩より東福寺僧
首座壱人ツヽ参 殿相詰昼夜交代時々奉読経也
○御法号思召ヲ以大勝寺殿と御改被遊候也
現代語訳
○御法事料一式は寛政七年度の通り白銀百枚を下賜される旨が仰せ渡された。外に当時未曽有の米価につき願いにより格外に現米五石、代金二十両が下された段が申し渡された。○御葬送の御行列の御道筋は、御裏門から鋸図子、梅屋町通り、為丸、中立売、宝町、三条、寺町、五条、伏見街道を通り、東福寺南門より勅使門、法堂、仏殿の間、対前堂へと向かうこととなった。○この度の御凶事の御入用向きにつき、今日岡崎帯刀の下、坂木田庄左衛門方へ銀子調達を御頼みになった。○経紀は軽い疫病につき、今日より御出番を御断り申し上げた。
六日壬子晴れ 経千一人は早朝より東福寺へ罷り越し、御葬送御当夜の法堂の内の御葬式御場所、合残前堂並びに御道筋、通天橋通りの廊下辺り、御廟所、かつ山門の御張場設置所、その余の御代香御殿並びに法中組の読経場所等を検分し、諸事を御法事掛りへ談じ終えて、入夜帰殿した。
七日癸丑曇り 御葬送の人足雇い向きを木屋重蔵へ申し付け、かつ御出入り方参上の人数を小川庄助へ申し遣わした。○岡崎帯刀帰京、木田庄左衛門が銀六貫目調達を御請け申し上げた旨である。
九日乙卯雨 入夜、上臈の御姉弟方の薙髪があり、戒師東向観音寺が参上して相勤めた。
十日丙辰晴れ 東福寺御法事掛り中へ白銀百枚外に米五石代金二十両を相渡した。○戌の刻の御入棺につき、東福寺より潜長老が申の刻頃参殿し、読経を奉じた後退出した。○戌の刻御入棺後、御所様が御拝礼をなされた。○今晩より東福寺の僧、首座一人ずつ参殿して相詰め、昼夜交代で時々読経を奉じることとなった。
○御法号は思し召しを以て大勝寺殿と御改めになられた。

○For the funeral service expenses, it was announced that one hundred pieces of silver would be granted as in Kansei 7, and additionally, due to the unprecedented rice prices at the time, five koku of actual rice and twenty ryō in cash were granted as a special exception upon request. ○The route for the funeral procession was determined to go from the rear gate through Nokogiri-kōji, Umeya-chō street, Tamaru, Nakadate-uri, Takara-chō, Sanjō, Tera-machi, Gojō, Fushimi highway, then through Tōfuku-ji's south gate, imperial messenger gate, dharma hall, and between the Buddha hall to the front hall. ○For the expenses of this funeral affair, today Okasaki Tachi-tō arranged for Sakata Shōzaemon to procure silver funds. ○Keiki had a mild illness, so from today he declined to appear for duty.
Sixth day, Mizunoe-Ne, Clear - Keisen went to Tōfuku-ji from early morning to inspect the funeral ceremony venue inside the dharma hall for the night of the funeral procession, the remaining front hall, the procession route, corridors around the Tsūten bridge, the mausoleum site, the installation of curtains at the mountain gate, as well as the proxy incense pavilion and sutra chanting locations for the monks, discussing all matters with the funeral service officials before returning to the palace at nightfall.
Seventh day, Mizunoto-Ushi, Cloudy - The hiring of porters for the funeral procession was assigned to Kiya Jūzō, and the number of people from affiliated parties attending was communicated to Ogawa Shōsuke. ○Okasaki Tachi-tō returned to Kyoto; Kida Shōzaemon reported that he had undertaken to procure six kan of silver.
Ninth day, Kinoto-U, Rain - In the evening, the high-ranking ladies and sisters underwent tonsure, with the precept master from Higashimuki Kannon-ji temple attending to perform the ceremony.
Tenth day, Hinoe-Tatsu, Clear - One hundred pieces of silver plus twenty ryō for five koku of rice were delivered to the Tōfuku-ji funeral service officials. ○For the formal coffining at the hour of the Dog, the head monk from Tōfuku-ji came to the palace around the hour of the Monkey, chanted sutras, and then withdrew. ○After the formal coffining at the hour of the Dog, His Majesty paid his respects. ○From tonight, monks from Tōfuku-ji, one head monk at a time, will attend the palace in shifts, taking turns day and night to chant sutras periodically.
○The posthumous Buddhist name was changed by imperial wish to Daishōji-den.
