ニ付 本宮貴舩社之分御籍屋に餝付有之由承依之
午後早々経啓召連相見ニ参也○昨廿二日葵御下行米渡也
廿四日癸丑晴今日御造営大検分ニ付百日目付参向云々
○土蔵造作棟上之節祝義物到来之向へ為挨拶参也
廿六日乙卯晴金懸御講勘定也如例相済
廿七日丙辰曇朝飯後御祭下行米代銭配分也壱人分三〆
之払壱文外ニ轉供義五百文等請取也

江戸役人中其外掛り与力同心棟梁等去ル廿五日両所引故云々

現代語訳
利足等を退済した。残り五十両は来る二十五日に退却する約定である。
二十三日壬子 晴れ。西奉行松平伊勢守殿が今日神宝神服頼検分につき、本宮・貴船社の分を御籍屋に飾り付けてある由を承り、これによって午後早々に経啓を召し連れて相見に参った。昨二十二日、葵の御下行米を渡した。
二十四日癸丑 晴れ。今日御造営大検分につき、百日目付が参向したという。土蔵造作棟上の節、祝儀物が到来した向きへ挨拶のため参った。
二十六日乙卯 晴れ。金懸御講の勘定が例の如く相済んだ。
二十七日丙辰 曇り。朝飯後、御祭下行米代銭を配分した。一人分三〆の払い一文の外に轉供義五百文等を請け取った。
二十八日丁巳 晴れ。今日巳刻より未刻まで先親一統の如く神宝拝見があった。経紀が参詣して相覧した。御造営につき西中手寄り会始の定日が延引されたところ、今日催されたが、予は御殿当番につき不参であった。今朝若御所で若君が御誕生になった。常服のまま両御所へ恐悦申し上げた。
二十九日戊午 晴れ。社頭当番を経覚に代勤させた。
晦日巳未 晴れ。西中手より初参兼ね頼みの触れがあり、経紀に当年風がめでたく出席すべき旨を申し入れた。幡枝土笠師藤大夫の願いにつき、同所御領山の松檜を今日三十本下し置かれるべき候かの旨である。これによって右木材検分のため、今日中飯後に予と伊地知両人で行向した。御造営掛り江戸役人中その外掛り与力同心棟梁等は去る二十五日に両所を引いたという。

三日壬戌 晴れ、小雪が添った。上巳の佳節で御殿御祝向け御祝酒を下されること等、例年の如くであった。昨二日より明四日まで下鴨神宝拝見につき、今日経紀・経啓等を召し連れて参詣し会拝覧した。

The interest and other amounts were settled. The remaining fifty ryō are scheduled to be paid on the coming 25th day.
23rd Day, Mizunoe-Ne: Clear. Today, Western Magistrate Lord Matsudaira Ise-no-kami conducted an inspection of the sacred treasures and vestments, and I heard that items from the Main Shrine and Kifune Shrine were displayed in the sacred mat hall. Based on this, I took Kyōkei with me and went to observe in the early afternoon. Yesterday, the 22nd, I distributed the rice allocation bearing the hollyhock crest.
24th Day, Mizunoto-Ushi: Clear. Today there was a great inspection of the shrine construction, and it is said that inspectors came for the hundred-day review. I went to offer greetings to those who had sent congratulatory gifts for the ridge-raising ceremony of the storehouse construction.
26th Day, Kinoto-U: Clear. The accounting for the gold-contribution lecture was completed as usual.
27th Day, Hinoe-Tatsu: Cloudy. After breakfast, I distributed the money for the festival rice allocation. Each person's portion was three mon payment plus one mon, and additionally I received 500 mon for ceremonial offerings.
28th Day, Hinoto-Mi: Clear. Today from the Hour of the Snake to the Hour of the Sheep, there was viewing of the sacred treasures by all the senior relatives as before. Kyōki attended and observed. Regarding the shrine construction, the scheduled day for the west-central district gathering had been postponed, but it was held today; however, I could not attend due to my palace duty. This morning, a young prince was born at the young lord's residence. Still in everyday dress, I offered congratulations at both residences.
29th Day, Tsuchinoe-Uma: Clear. I had Kyōkaku serve as substitute for the shrine duty.
Last Day, Tsuchinoto-Hitsuji: Clear. There was a notice from the west-central district about the first visit request, and I informed Kyōki that he should attend as the year's conditions were favorable. Regarding the petition of Hataeda Dorikasa-shi Tōdayū, the matter concerns whether thirty pine and cypress trees from the domain mountain of that place should be granted today. Therefore, to inspect the timber, both I and Ijichi went there after lunch today. The Edo construction officials and other associated yoriki assistants, dōshin officers, master carpenters, etc., withdrew from both sites on the 25th.
Third Month, Major
3rd Day, Mizunoe-Inu: Clear with light snow. For the auspicious Jōshi festival, celebratory sake was bestowed for the palace celebrations, as in previous years. From yesterday the 2nd until tomorrow the 4th, for viewing the sacred treasures of Shimogamo, today I took Kyōki, Kyōkei and others to worship and observe together.
4th Day, Mizunoto-I: Clear. The formal relocation of the three shrines: Main Shrine, Kataoka Shrine, and Kifune Shrine. The imperial messenger was Right Senior Historian
