沽券状預有之處右善兵衛此度村方ニ而不埒之筋有之
任村法退村申付候由に付津国町年寄七郎兵衛ゟ
依願右之田地其侭當方へ引取了付而其右田地ニ付
已後故障之筋無之旨之一札右年寄七郎兵衛へ申付
尚又同人段々相願候付善兵衛跡為救増銀五拾匁
可差遣旨令承諾也

如例年也○此度東手庄屋柊原坂口町小左衛門世話
二而同上之段町長兵衛より同人所持田地處東手若衆

○当酉三月、柊原津国町善兵衛と申す者へ銀四百匁貸し、同人所持の女夫岩の田地一反三畝、作徳米五斗ずつ利米として定め、右の沽券状預かり有りのところ、右善兵衛この度村方にて不埒の筋有り、村法に任せ退村申し付け候由に付き、津国町年寄七郎兵衛より願いにより、右の田地そのまま当方へ引き取り了。ついては右田地に付き已後故障の筋無きの旨の一札、右年寄七郎兵衛へ申し付け。なおまた同人段々相願い候に付き、善兵衛跡救済のため増し銀五十匁差し遣わすの旨承諾いたし候。
九日甲申晴れ。早朝経千、保子、小谷より河原へ墓参りさせ候事、例年の如しなり。○この度東手庄屋柊原坂口町小左衛門世話にて、同じく上の段、町長兵衛より同人所持田地のところ、東手若衆田一反三畝の銀子、作徳米五斗代銀三百七十五匁にて永代譲り受け、今日証文調印相済み、銀子渡し候。但しこの金六両一歩なり。

○In the third month of this year of the Rooster, 400 monme in silver was lent to one Zenbei of Hiihara Tsunokuni-machi. With his owned rice field at Meoto-iwa of 1 tan 3 se as collateral, the interest was set at 5 to of rice annually from the harvest yield, and the deed was held in custody. However, as this Zenbei committed misconduct in the village this time, he was ordered to leave the village according to village law. At the request of Shichirobe, the village elder of Tsunokuni-machi, the aforementioned rice field was taken over as is by our side. Regarding this rice field, a written pledge stating there would be no future disputes was demanded from the village elder Shichirobe. Furthermore, as he earnestly requested repeatedly, it was agreed to send an additional 50 monme in silver as relief for Zenbei's descendants.
9th day, Kinoe-saru, clear. Early morning, Tsunekazu, Yasuko, and Kotani went to the riverbank for grave visits, as in previous years. ○This time, through the mediation of Kozaemon of Hiihara Sakaguchi-machi, the village headman of Higashite, regarding the above matter, from Chobei of the same town concerning his owned rice field - the Higashite Wakashu field of 1 tan 3 se - it was permanently acquired for 375 monme in silver representing 5 to of harvest rice. Today the deed was signed and sealed, and the silver was handed over. This amount was 6 ryo 1 bu.
