The members of the economy committee—Nakatora, Tsunehitsu, Keihō, Tsuneeki, Tsuneko, and Nariki—assembled. Regarding the various expenses for this shrine priest restoration and register revision, due to the current period of economic restraint, the daily management fee was reduced from the previous one koku five to and set at one koku, with an additional three to of rice for register fees and seven shō of rice for attendance fees to be delivered to the officials. It was decided that 200 hiki of gold should be sent to the seated members as payment for meals and sake during the seven days of preparation. Additionally, it was reported to the assembly that there would be matters regarding sake barrel payment, official duties, reductions in rice payments for craftsmen and woodworkers.
