提灯幷弐ヶ所笧御圍十楽寺門迄挑灯等秉燭被燈

具之外素襖弐人被申付取斗之事
遷宮之後
一立挑灯之事十楽寺門に二張酒殿橋に弐張升方東より
見附ニ壱張同角ニ壱張川原橋前後に六張湯屋
参篭所之前ニ二張是ハ臺并評議所門ニ二張右
燈灯之臺竹ニ而修理方ニ而可被申付事
一松行事申付 遷御之後火燈之事
一笧二ケ所橋殿川端西ニ壱ツ松行事素襖壱人
二ノ鳥居西南に壱ツ人夫壱人素襖
一忌子屋燭臺弐ツ可被調事
一楼門より忌子屋之間石掛之下ニ立燈灯二張可被
設事
右心得方之義ニ付相役評定季傍邑顕等候今日面
會諸事申合三人夫々預場所割付引■治定也如左

現代語訳
飾り馬数頭があった。土蔵について昨今左官が来て戸前の修理の話である。
十二日辛未 晴れ。来る十五日の正遷宮の節、評定加勢を申し付けられ、心得方の書き付けが相渡された。写しは左の如し。

右、忌子屋の燭台の役、楼門以下一・二・三の鳥居まで燈籠・提灯並びに二ヶ所の笧・御囲い・十楽寺門まで提灯等を点燈すること。
刻限は一の鳥居から神前まで消し、遷御了って再び燈す。掛■召具の外、素襖二人を申し付け取り計らうこと。
遷宮の後
一、立提灯のこと。十楽寺門に二張、酒殿橋に二張、升方東より見附に一張、同角に一張、川原橋前後に六張、湯屋参籠所の前に二張。これは台並びに評議所門に二張。右燈灯の台は竹にて修理方にて申し付けられるべきこと。
一、松行事申し付け 遷御の後火燈のこと
一、笧二ヶ所。橋殿川端西に一つ、松行事素襖一人。二の鳥居西南に一つ、人夫一人素襖。
一、忌子屋燭台二つ調えらるべきこと
一、楼門より忌子屋の間、石掛の下に立燈灯二張設けらるべきこと
右心得方の義につき相役評定の季傍・邑顕等と候う今日面会し、諸事申し合わせ、三人それぞれ預場所を割り付け引■治定した。左の如し。

There were several decorated horses. Regarding the storehouse, a plasterer came recently to discuss repairs to the door area.
12th Day, Kanoe-Hitsuji: Clear. For the formal shrine relocation on the coming 15th, council assistance was ordered, and written instructions for duties were provided. A copy is as follows:

The above are responsible for the candlestands at the sacred hut, lanterns and paper lanterns from the tower gate down to the first, second, and third torii, as well as bamboo enclosures at two locations, sacred enclosures, and paper lanterns up to Jūrakuji Gate, etc., for lighting.
The timing: extinguish from the first torii to before the deity, then relight after the relocation is completed. Apart from the designated attendants, two court servants in plain robes are appointed to handle arrangements.
After the shrine relocation
1. Regarding standing paper lanterns: Two at Jūrakuji Gate, two at Sakadono Bridge, one at the eastern guard post from Masugata, one at the same corner, six before and after Kawara Bridge, two in front of the bathhouse pilgrimage quarters. These are for the platform and two at the council hall gate. The stands for these lights should be made of bamboo and ordered through the repair department.
1. Pine ritual official appointed - regarding fire lighting after the relocation
1. Two bamboo enclosures: One on the west side of the bridge hall riverside with one pine ritual official in plain robe. One southwest of the second torii with one laborer in plain robe.
1. Two candlestands for the sacred hut should be prepared
1. Between the tower gate and sacred hut, two standing lights should be set up under the stone foundation
Regarding these duty instructions, I met today with fellow council members Kikatawa and Murakage, discussed all matters, and the three of us allocated and determined our respective assigned areas as follows:
Kikatawa: In charge from the sacred hut to outside the middle gate up to the tower gate
Murakage: From the bamboo enclosure at the bridge hall to the first torii, as well as Jūrakuji Gate and Kawara
