侭如例早朝觸有之経紀初参ニ付早朝煙管壱器臺ニ

刻参集取算也蔵奉行卿季氏彦退役季布経威
被兼頼領掌也経紀年行事頭より案内之時着麻上下
参集出席参方必直経紀知直其余不参也如例

史已下が着座し、幄前の結燈台も同断として消火の義を申し達した。この結燈台は召使が消明を共に役とする由である。次に唐門前所司代同心の難合固の場所の高張提灯・箱提灯等を消すべき旨申し通した。よって尚また縫殿小庭に伺候し、遷御を奉じ了えて庭燎を明かす時、前同断権禰宜保虎より達せられ伝承し、直ちに社頭にて手提灯に火を移し、前記の箇所それぞれに申し伝え火を移し助け了えた。もっとも今日箱提灯・高提灯等惣奉行中入用の分は社中より設けられ、湯屋にあるものを相用いた。次に惣奉行の内、清祈・経威等の所役として本宮権殿の白幕を撤去する手伝いをした。もっともこの時小刀を便所に撤し置き進めた。次に神主が本宮小庭において奉幣を行った。この已前、刀禰の内定右衛門一人を西御供所の脇へ呼び寄せ置いた。中次権禰宜保虎が起座の時、西御供所棚にある奉幣を予が取り、刀禰定右衛門に持たせ、権殿西すべり板の辺にて地上より権禰宜保虎に渡させた。今日中半刻頃より経紀・経啓が随意に参詣し、社頭に相詰め、遷御の間は直會所の前地上に平伏した。勅使清水谷殿已下は亥刻斗に当所を御退出された。諸事御滞りなく相済み、経千は子刻斗に湯屋詰評定し、社中職中等へただ今引き取り申し届け帰宅を了えた。

The historians and below took their seats, and instructions were given to extinguish the lantern stands in front of the curtained areas, treating them the same as the others. These lantern stands were to be extinguished jointly by the attendants as their duty. Next, instructions were passed along to extinguish the tall lanterns and box lanterns at the difficult-to-secure locations where the deputy magistrates and their assistants were stationed in front of the Chinese gate. Therefore, I continued to attend at the Palace Ministry's small courtyard, and after completing the ritual relocation, when lighting the courtyard braziers, I received the same instructions as before from Deputy Chief Priest Yasutora, and immediately transferred fire to hand lanterns at the shrine grounds, conveying instructions to each of the aforementioned locations to transfer and assist with the lighting. Today, the box lanterns and tall lanterns needed by the head magistrates were provided by the shrine and used from those available at the bathhouse. Next, among the head magistrates, Seiki, Kyōi and others assisted in removing the white curtains of the main shrine's temporary sanctuary as their assigned duty. At this time, a small sword was moved to and left at the toilet facilities. Next, the chief priest performed the ritual offering at the main shrine's small courtyard. From around mid-afternoon today, Kyōki and Kyōkei came to worship at their discretion, staying at the shrine grounds and prostrating themselves on the ground in front of the feast hall during the relocation ceremony. Imperial Messenger Lord Shimizudani and others departed from this location around the hour of the Boar. All matters proceeded without delay, and around the hour of the Rat, Kyōsen concluded the evaluation meeting at the bathhouse, reported the withdrawal to the shrine officials and staff, and completed his return home.
17th Day, Hinoe-Ne: Clear. Due to the western middle accounting and shrine construction work being delayed this year, there was an early morning announcement as usual regarding today's proceedings. For Kyōki's first participation, early in the morning I had a tobacco pipe placed on a stand with a nameplate reading "Palace Chef Senior Assistant" and sent it to the head annual official's residence. I assembled at the regular time for the calculation. Treasury Magistrate Lord Suehiko retired from service, and Suenobu and Kyōi were requested to serve concurrently and took charge. When Kyōki's annual head official gave notice, I assembled and attended wearing hemp formal dress. Those participating were Hisanao, Kyōki, and Tomonao; the others did not attend. As usual, the purification leaders took their seats in the next position, and when the ■ hot water was served, the first participants received hot water
