○経寛一昨廿三日初官位従六位下若狭介蒙 宣下了
先般無滞 勅許幾久敷芽出度珍重也下宿掛直様
敏顕方へ為祝参同断ニ付今日同人父子より為祝白蒸
壱器被送之且同上白蒸賀茂之分當方迄相廻り夫々
賦之遣也入夜雨降
廿六日壬午晴経寛初官位相済ニ付為挨拶敏顕入来
タ飯出之也○経寛一條家へ御礼参上白蒸一器献上也
廿七日癸未晴実母祥忌日に付保子召連墓参如例也
廿八日甲申晴経寛 二條殿ニ而侍初官位 宣下
相済ニ付系図方之届敏顕より被傳今日必顕迄書

二十五日辛巳晴れ 未明に伏見に着船、巳の刻に御殿へ帰着した。
○経寛は一昨日二十三日、初官位従六位下若狭介の宣下を蒙った。先般滞りなく勅許があり、久しく芽出度く珍重である。下宿掛かりから直様敏顕方へ祝いのため参上、同断につき今日同人父子より祝いとして白蒸一器を送られ、かつ同上白蒸の賀茂分が当方まで相回り、夫々配り遣わした。入夜雨が降る。
二十六日壬午晴れ 経寛の初官位相済みにつき、挨拶のため敏顕が入来、夕飯を出した。○経寛は一條家へ御礼参上、白蒸一器を献上した。
二十七日癸未晴れ 実母の祥忌日につき、保子を召し連れ墓参、例のとおり。
二十八日甲申晴れ 経寛は二條殿にて侍として初官位の宣下相済みにつき、系図方への届けを敏顕より伝えられ、今日必顕まで書書を差し出し終了。その写しは左のとおり。

25th day, Kanoto-Mi, clear weather: Arrived by boat in Fushimi before dawn, returned to the mansion at the hour of the Snake.
○Tsunehiro received his first court rank appointment as Junior Sixth Rank Lower Grade, Governor of Wakasa, announced the day before yesterday on the 23rd. Previously the imperial permission was granted without delay, and this has been auspicious and precious for a long time. Immediately went from the lodging to Toshiaki's to offer congratulations. For the same reason, today his father and son sent one container of white steamed rice cakes as congratulations, and the portion for Kamo was distributed accordingly to everyone. Rain fell in the evening.
26th day, Mizunoe-Uma, clear weather: As Tsunehiro's first court rank appointment was completed, Toshiaki came to offer greetings, and evening meal was served. ○Tsunehiro made a courtesy visit to the Ichijo family and presented one container of white steamed rice cakes.
27th day, Mizunoto-Hitsuji, clear weather: As it was the anniversary of my birth mother's death, took Yasuko along for a grave visit as usual.
28th day, Kinoe-Saru, clear weather: As Tsunehiro's first court rank appointment as a samurai retainer at the Nijo residence was completed, the notification to the genealogy office was conveyed through Toshiaki, and today the document was submitted to Hitsuge. The copy is as follows:
