現代語訳
吉邦様に御太刀・金馬代・御時服（御単物一・染御帷子一・白御帷子一）二種一荷を進上した。
吉邦様からも御使荻野孫右衛門（政封）を以て御太刀・金馬代・御拝領の御時服に二種一荷を進上された。
一 同日、大目付中から預かりの者の有無について書付を差し出すべき旨の御廻状が来たので、
左の通り御届書を差し出した。
御預かりの者がいるか、いないかについて書付を差し出すべき
旨、家来の者まで仰せ越されましたが、手前当分御預かりの者は
ございません。以上
