8. The Chamber of Commerce shall make recommendations to administrative authorities on matters concerning commerce and industry
9. The Chamber of Commerce shall respond to consultations from administrative authorities
10. Administrative authorities may order the Chamber of Commerce to conduct investigations on matters concerning commerce and industry
11. The Chamber of Commerce may request the submission of necessary materials for conducting statistics and other surveys regarding commercial and industrial operators
