一 伊勢 両宮 遷宮付而下行米之儀伝
奏衆被申聞候付而如先例神宮之伝 奏奉行
奥書ニ岡部駿河守以奥判被請取候様可
申達と被存候由令承知候事
一 鈴木市兵衛御預之御鉄炮弐拾壱挺不残
損候而難用候此度猪鹿打候にも難成程
付而新敷御鉄炮と引替候様に奉願候
依之御数筒之内引替可成御鉄炮と引替
候之様に御鉄炮奉行江被承候処可有之由
申付而市兵衛に引替渡候様可被申渡と
被存之旨承届候右之損候御鉄炮修復ニ
成候分者其通ニ申付御用ニ不立分其侭
差置候様林清兵衛都築惣兵衛ニ可被申渡と
被存之由得其意候事
一 愛宕社堂御修復之儀申渡候付而
外遷宮無之候得者取掛り候事不罷成旨
付而軽執行候様ニ可申渡と被存之旨令
承知候事
一 西本願寺より興正寺後住御礼之儀以
使者被相伺之付而被申越候趣承届候
使者被差越候様ニ可被相達候事
一 鍋嶋紀伊守儀同氏加賀守気色不勝之由
申来付而弥在所江罷越候由以使者申越候旨
得其意候事

覚
一、伊勢両宮の遷宮に付随する下行米の件について、伝奏衆から申し入れがありましたので、先例の通り神宮の伝奏奉行の奥書に岡部駿河守の奥判をもって受け取るよう申し伝えるべきであると思われる旨、承知いたしました。
一、鈴木市兵衛がお預かりしている御鉄砲二十一挺が全て損傷して使用に耐えず、この度の猪鹿狩りにも使えない程でございますので、新しい御鉄砲と交換していただきたく願い出ております。これについて、御数筒の中から交換可能な御鉄砲と取り替えるよう、御鉄砲奉行へお尋ねしたところ、可能である旨の返答がございましたので、市兵衛に交換して渡すよう申し渡すべきであると思われる旨、承り届けました。右の損傷した御鉄砲のうち修復可能な分はそのように申し付け、御用に立たない分はそのまま置いておくよう、林清兵衛、都築惣兵衛に申し渡すべきであると思われる旨、了承いたしました。
一、愛宕社堂の御修復の件について申し渡しましたが、仮遷宮がない場合は工事に取りかかることができない旨でございますので、簡易な工事にするよう申し渡すべきであると思われる旨、承知いたしました。
一、西本願寺より興正寺後住御礼の件について使者をもってお伺いしたいとの申し入れがございました件について、申し越された趣旨を承り届けました。使者を差し向けるよう伝達すべきでございます。
一、鍋島紀伊守について、同氏加賀守の体調が優れない由で申し入れがあり、いよいよ在所へ赴く由を使者をもって申し越した旨、了承いたしました。

Memorandum
1. Regarding the matter of the rice stipend (gekomai) associated with the reconstruction of both shrines at Ise, we have received a request from the court nobles who serve as intermediaries (densōshū). As per precedent, this should be received through the shrine's liaison official (densō bugyō) with the endorsement of Okabe Suruga-no-kami. We acknowledge that this should be communicated accordingly.
1. Suzuki Ichibei, who is in charge of twenty-one firearms, reports that all are damaged beyond use and cannot even be employed for boar and deer hunting this time. He requests that they be exchanged for new firearms. Regarding this matter, when we inquired with the firearms magistrate (teppō bugyō) about exchanging them with serviceable firearms from our arsenal, we received confirmation that this would be possible. We acknowledge the proposal that Ichibei should be instructed accordingly for the exchange. Concerning the damaged firearms, those that can be repaired should be handled as such, while those unfit for official use should be set aside. We understand that Hayashi Seibei and Tsuzuki Sōbei should be instructed accordingly.
1. Regarding the repair of Atago Shrine hall, we were informed that construction cannot begin without a temporary relocation of the deity. We acknowledge that instructions should be given to proceed with lightweight construction work instead.
1. Concerning the matter of the courtesy visit by the successor abbot of Kōshōji Temple, which Nishi Honganji Temple has inquired about through a messenger, we have received and acknowledged their request. A messenger should be dispatched accordingly.
1. Regarding Nabeshima Kii-no-kami, we received word through a messenger that Nabeshima Kaga-no-kami of the same clan is unwell, and that Kii-no-kami will therefore return to his domain. We acknowledge this information.
