ち成もの三人見え申候
一加賀大納言様御せいきよの砌七日之内白山なり申候
一慶長 三（五歟）年に白山なり申候是は関原御陣
一但馬様勝山より御座候砌白山大鳴仕候是は嶋原一らん
一正保二年酉ノ四月五日同廿二日なり申候これは筑前様
御逝去
一大和様御せいきよの砌もなり申候
一去年戌九月四日なり申候北南の間ひかり物一つ山に入
申候十月十二日小松中納言御逝去
一当亥二月晦日大なり仕候白山にはいふり福井大火事
一同六月五日朝晩夜に入なり申候時分別山に而南北に
あたり黒雲出其内ゟ長き壱丈許法師三人見え
申候
右之外牛首村風嵐村に罷在申者とも承申は地こく
大穴に鳴申様に覚申候由御座候以上
万治弐年六月九日
右之品々寄合所え書上申候

被吟味候奇事之覚

一内高松におり居申鯉鮒三寸計ゟ上は片目に而御座候事
一七里村市郎右衛門せかれ歳十二三白子之事

現代語訳
の姿をした者が三人見えました。
一、加賀大納言様（前田利家）が逝去された砌、七日の内に白山が鳴りました。
一、慶長三（五か）年に白山が鳴りました。これは関ヶ原の御陣の時です。
一、但馬様（前田利常）が勝山よりお座しになられた砌、白山が大鳴きいたしました。これは島原の乱の時です。
一、正保二年酉の四月五日、同二十二日に鳴りました。これは筑前様（前田利常）の御逝去の時です。
一、大和様（前田光高）が逝去された砌も鳴りました。
一、去年戌（戌年）九月四日に鳴りました。北南の間に光る物が一つ山に入りました。十月十二日に小松中納言（前田利治）が御逝去されました。
一、当亥（亥年）二月晦日に大鳴きいたしました。白山には雪崩があり、福井で大火事がありました。
一、同六月五日、朝晩夜に入って鳴りました。時分に別の山にて南北にあたって黒雲が出て、その内より長い一丈ばかりの法師三人が見えました。
右の外、牛首村・風嵐村に罷り在る者どもが承ったのは、地響きが大穴に鳴るように覚えたということです。以上

加賀郡
一、内高松に降り居る鯉鮒で三寸ばかりより上は片目でございます。
一、七里村の市郎右衛門の世継ぎ、歳十二、三の白子のこと。

1. When the Kaga Dainagon (Maeda Toshiie) passed away, Mount Hakusan rumbled within seven days.
1. In Keicho 3rd (or 5th) year, Mount Hakusan rumbled. This was during the Battle of Sekigahara.
1. When Lord Tajima (Maeda Toshitsune) was present at Katsurayama, Mount Hakusan rumbled greatly. This was during the Shimabara Rebellion.
1. On the 5th and 22nd days of the 4th month of Shoho 2nd year of the Rooster, it rumbled. This was when Lord Chikuzen (Maeda Toshitsune) passed away.
1. When Lord Yamato (Maeda Mitsutaka) passed away, it also rumbled.
1. Last year, on the 4th day of the 9th month in the year of the Dog, it rumbled. A shining object appeared between north and south and entered the mountain. On the 12th day of the 10th month, the Komatsu Chunagon (Maeda Toshiharu) passed away.
1. On the last day of the 2nd month of this year of the Boar, it rumbled greatly. There was an avalanche on Mount Hakusan and a great fire in Fukui.
1. On the 5th day of the 6th month of the same year, it rumbled from morning until nightfall. At that time, black clouds appeared extending north and south on a different mountain, and from within them three monks about one jo tall appeared.
Besides the above, those residing in Ushikubi village and Kazearashi village reported that they felt the ground rumble as if it were echoing in a great cavern. That is all.
