五條故侍従の願いの通り、言上を遂げた結果、甥の千勝（二歳）を養子とする件について仰せ出されました。
そこで、五條故侍従の兄である唐橋大学頭、清岡中務大輔、桑原民部大輔へ申し渡しました。
ご案内のため、このように報告いたします。

Memorandum
In accordance with the request of the late Gojō Jijū (Chamberlain), after presenting the matter to higher authorities, it has been decreed that his nephew Chikatsu (age 2) shall be adopted as his heir.
Therefore, this decision has been communicated to the elder brother of the late Gojō Jijū: Karahashi Daigaku-no-kami, Kiyooka Nakatsukasa-dayū, and Kuwahara Minbu-dayū.
We report this matter thus for your information.
