嘔吐がある者
前方中に葡萄酒半コップ或いは蛇根花列里亜那煎汁半盞を加える。
右は前に照らして供用する。
又方
閉止方中に麝香・竜脳各四五釐を加える
右は前に照らして供用する。昏睡して覚めにくい者は、阿片を去る。凡そ虚極の人がこれを用いる場合は二盞を過ぎない。
滑泄灌腸方（自験方）
凝菜煎汁（九十六銭） 蜂蜜（八銭） 麝香（四釐）
右を混和して相得て肛中に灌く。凡そ六十四錢で、宿糞を得たら止める。焮熱が甚だしい者は、厳酢半盞を加える。
以上三方は各々主能を異にする。要するにこれを採るには、性質に刺発を有する者を以て剤を調える。蓋しその所来に旨があり、察せないことはできない。
閉止方中の麺粉は、阿片の気味をして強く腸に触れしめざるの埋め草なり。この方は下利を止むる功が速やかにして、内服するが如くに睡らしめず。余これを試むるに平穏にして功あり。
