被 仰出候書付写
近来御権家江立入候族之内虚実
之分茂無之風説申触之候儀茂
有之哉ニ相聞候就右者前々より被
仰出候筋も有之候得共猶亦今般被
仰出候条左之通
一御籏本方并御家人衆ゟ其筋ニ無之
ものを以諸事申込候儀有之候共
何等ニよらす取次申間敷事
一公儀御沙汰向之儀且
殿中之儀抔脇ニより聞合問合等
有之候とも聊之儀ニ而も不入
御聴して申遣間敷事
一御対客或ハ御勝手通り之儀御頼
等被申込候儀有之候ハヽ御年寄御用人
表役御部屋番ハ取次入
御聴候而も不苦候右四役之外之面々ハ
取次申間鋪候共倍臣又ハ町医師
百姓町人等
御目通罷出度段相願候とも右四役之
外よりハ取次申間敷事

お達しになった書付の写し
近頃、御権家（有力者）に取り入る者たちの中に、根拠のない風説を言いふらす者もいると聞いている。この件については以前からお達しのあった通りであるが、なお改めて今回お達しする条項は以下の通りである。
一、御旗本方並びに御家人衆から、その筋（正式な経路）でない者を通じて諸事を申し込むことがあっても、何事によらず取り次ぎしてはならないこと
一、公儀のご沙汰に関する件、また殿中の件などについて、脇から聞き合わせや問い合わせ等があっても、些細なことであってもお耳に入れずに申し渡してはならないこと
一、御対客あるいは御勝手通りの件でご依頼等を申し込むことがあれば、御年寄・御用人・表役・御部屋番は取り次ぎしてお聞かせするのは差し支えない。右の四役以外の面々は取り次ぎしてはならない。ただし陪臣または町医師・百姓・町人等がお目通りに出たい旨を願い出ても、右の四役以外からは取り次ぎしてはならないこと
右の条々を今後厳に守るようにとお達しがあったので、御家中の諸士は心得として承知するように。以上

Copy of the Written Instructions Issued
Recently, it has been heard that among those who seek favor with influential families, there are some who spread unfounded rumors. Regarding this matter, there have been previous instructions, but the following articles are hereby issued anew:
Article 1: Even if hatamoto and gokenin attempt to make requests through unofficial channels, no one shall serve as intermediary for any such matters.
Article 2: Regarding official government announcements and matters concerning the castle, even if there are inquiries or questions from unofficial sources, one must not relay even the smallest matters to his lordship's attention.
Article 3: If there are requests for audiences or matters concerning household affairs, the four roles of karō (senior councillors), yōnin (chamberlains), omote-yaku (front office officials), and go-heyaban (room attendants) may serve as intermediaries and bring such matters to his lordship's attention without problem. Those outside these four roles shall not serve as intermediaries. However, even if retainers' vassals, town doctors, farmers, or townspeople request an audience, those outside the aforementioned four roles shall not serve as intermediaries.
The above articles are to be strictly observed hereafter as instructed, and all samurai of the household should take note. The above.
