被仰付候ニ付而ハ其方儀揚り屋入申付者也

逆らい道理に反する心底が今以って改まらず、不届き至極につき死罪を申し付けられるにつき、その方は揚屋入りを申し付ける者である

先年結城寅寿へ同意し、容易でない御国難を醸成した罪科は軽くないが、その時は寛大な御沙汰を申し付けておいた所、今以って改心することなく、慎み中に上を畏れず党類と密かに往来し、追々陰で悪い所業があった趣が聞こえ、重い慎みを申し付けておいた者には別して不届き至極につき、死罪を申し付けるべきであるが、御寛恕をもって揚屋入りを申し付ける者である

For one who had been ordered to strict restraint, this is extremely insubordinate, and though he should be sentenced to death, by merciful pardon he is ordered to enter the temporary prison.
