其方儀先年隠居慎被 仰付置候所慎中不畏
上所行有之而已ならす厚御恩沢ヲ蒙り重職
ヲも相勤候身分ニ而前後表裏ヲ構
君臣之大義ニ背キ不容易御国難ヲ醸成候罪
科不軽ニ付厳重被 仰付方雖有之其砌寛大
之 御仁恵ヲ以其身一代御預ケ悴一万丸へ
御扶持方ヲも被下置候所先非を悔候心得無
之御預中警固之者ヲ欺キ金子等を与へ密ニ
同意之者へ及通路候始末悖逆不道之心底今
以不相改候段重々不届至極ニ付御捨置相成
死罪申付もの也

現代語訳
その方は先年隠居慎みを申し付けておいた所、慎み中に上を畏れない所業があっただけでなく、厚い御恩沢を受け重職も務めた身分でありながら、前後表裏を構え、君臣の大義に背き、容易でない御国難を醸成した罪科は軽くないにつき、厳重に申し付けるべきであるが、その時は寛大な御仁恵をもってその身一代お預けとし、息子一万丸へも御扶持方を下し置いた所、先の過ちを悔いる心得がなく、お預け中に警固の者を欺き、金子等を与えて密かに同意の者へ連絡を取った始末、悖逆不道の心底が今以って改まらない段、重々不届き至極につき、捨て置くことができず死罪を申し付けるものである

You were previously ordered to retired house confinement, but during your confinement you not only engaged in conduct that showed no fear of your superiors, but despite being in a position that received great imperial favor and served in high office, you acted duplicitously, betrayed the great duty between lord and retainer, and created a serious national crisis. Though your crime was not light and you should have been severely punished, at that time through merciful benevolence you were placed under lifetime custody and your son Ichimangmaru was also granted a stipend. However, having no intention of regretting your past wrongs, during your custody you deceived your guards, gave them money and secretly communicated with your conspirators. Your treacherous and unreasonable mindset remains unchanged to this day, being repeatedly and extremely insubordinate, and cannot be overlooked, therefore you are sentenced to death.
