儀相構
両君様御中ヲ奉離間且ハ奸謀之妨ニ相成候
者ヲ誣而逆罪ニ｜踏（陥カ）候付本党類ヲ引立要路え
相進メ可申との儀相謀様々不相済妄言ヲ申
立猶又忠ヲ以内々手筋え為致流布他方之聞
えを驚動せしめ俄ニ国家之御模様ヲ致反覆
両君様駒込或ハ御国え御別居相成候様仕向
候而已ならす御政務筋之儀御連枝方御立入
ニ可致との意旨相含殊寅寿等再勤可為致と
相巧奉要上候所行有之段重々不届之至ニ付
被 仰付様雖有之御容捨ヲ以御知行被
召上七人扶持被下置蟄居被 仰付もの也

其方儀先年結城寅寿悖逆不道之所行有之御
預被 仰付候節寅寿へ同意之段ハ明白ニ雖有
之其砌寛大之御仁恵ヲ以何等之御沙汰ニ不
被及候所今以改心之儀無之追々陰悪之所行
有之趣相聞不届之至ニ付被 仰【見せ消ち「出」】付様雖有之
御容捨被遊御役御切符被召放四人扶持被下
置蟄居ニ 被 仰付者也

事を構え、両君様の御仲を離間し奉り、かつ奸謀の妨げとなる者を誣告して逆罪に陥れ、本党類を引き立てて要路に進めようとの事を謀り、様々な不届きな妄言を申し立て、なおまた忠義を装って内々の手筋に流布させ、他方の聞こえを驚動させ、俄かに国家の御模様を反覆させ、両君様を駒込或いは御国へ御別居になるよう仕向けただけでなく、御政務筋の儀を御連枝方の御立入りにしようとの意旨を含み、特に寅寿等を再勤させようと巧みに上を要求した所業があった段、重々不届きの至りにつき、厳しく申し付けるべきであるが、御寛恕をもって御知行を召し上げ、七人扶持を下し置き、蟄居を申し付けるものである

その方は先年結城寅寿の悖逆不道の所業があり、お預けを申し付けた節、寅寿へ同意した段は明白であるが、その時は寛大な御仁恵をもって何等の御沙汰にも及ばなかった所、今以って改心の様子がなく、追々陰険な所業がある趣が聞こえ、不届きの至りにつき、厳しく申し付けるべきであるが、御寛恕により御役・御切符を召し放ち、四人扶持を下し置き、蟄居に申し付ける者である
