上表裏之言行有之御後闇キ心底ヲ抱キ 不容
易御国難ヲ醸成候旨儀有之累代高禄ヲも被
下置
御厚恩ヲ荷居候身分ニハ不届至極ニ付存生
ニも候へハ厳重可被 仰付所致死去候上寛
大之 御仁恵を以其方取来御知行之内三百

其方儀先年結城寅寿悖逆不道之所行有之御
預被 仰付候節寅寿へ同意之段ハ明白ニ難

御沙汰候所今以改心無之追々不相済所行有
之趣相聞累代高禄ヲも被下置御厚恩ヲ荷居
候身分ニハ別而不調法之儀不束至極ニ付被
仰付様雖有之家柄ヲ被
思召御容捨ヲ以取来御知行之内弐百石被

上に対し表裏ある言行があり、後ろ暗い心底を抱き、容易ならぬ国難を醸成するような儀があった。累代高禄も下し置かれ、御厚恩を受けている身分には不届き極まりないため、存命であれば厳重に申し付けるべきところ、死去した上は、寛大な御仁恵をもって、その方の取り来たりの御知行のうち三百石を召し上げ、五百石を下し置き、御役を御免の上、寄合へ御入れ遊ばされる。有り難く存じ、心得違いのないよう致すべき旨を仰せ出された。

その方は先年結城寅寿の悖逆不道の所行があり、お預けを申し付けられた節、寅寿への同意の段は明白とは言い難いが、その折寛大な御仁恵をもって何等の御沙汰にも及ばれなかった。ところが今以て改心なく、追々相済まない所行がある趣が聞こえる。累代高禄も下し置かれ御厚恩を受けている身分には、別して不調法の儀で不束極まりないため、厳しく申し付けるべきであるが、家柄を思し召され、御容赦をもって取り来たりの御知行のうち二百石を召し上げ、五百石を下し置き、隠居を申し付ける旨を仰せ出された。

[Continuing from the previous case of Fujita Shuzen] He engaged in duplicitous words and actions toward his lord, harbored dark intentions, and caused serious national difficulties. Given that he had been granted high hereditary stipends for generations and received great benevolence, such conduct was extremely inexcusable. Though severe punishment would have been warranted had he lived, upon his death, through magnanimous benevolence, 300 koku are confiscated from your inherited domain, 500 koku are granted, your official duties are dismissed, and you are admitted to the senior retainer class. You should be grateful and ensure there are no misunderstandings in conduct, as has been proclaimed.

Given that you have received high hereditary stipends for generations and great benevolence, such misconduct is particularly inappropriate and extremely careless for one in your position. Though severe punishment would be warranted, in consideration of your family lineage and through imperial mercy, 200 koku are confiscated from your inherited domain, 500 koku are granted, and you are ordered into retirement, as has been proclaimed.
