文儀右同断未取来御知行之内百石被 召上
四百石被下置御役御免上之寄合え御入被遊
候旨被仰出者也
一 大森弥三左衛門
其方儀先年結城寅寿悖逆不道之所行有之御
預被仰付候節寅寿へ同意之段ハ明白ニ難有
之其砌寛大之 御仁恵以何等之御沙汰ニ不
被及候處今以改心之儀無之追々隠悪之所行
有之趣相聞累代高禄ヲも被下置候
御厚恩ヲ蒙居候身分ニハ別而不相済儀不届
之至ニ付被仰付様雖有之家柄ヲ被 思召御
容捨ヲ以取来御知行之内半知被 召上隠居

一 近藤儀大夫
文面は右と同様である。未だ取り来たりの御知行のうち百石を召し上げ、四百石を下し置き、御役を御免の上、寄合へ御入れ遊ばされる旨を仰せ出されたものである。
一 大森弥三左衛門
その方は先年結城寅寿の悖逆不道の所行があり、お預けを申し付けられた節、寅寿への同意の段は明白とは言い難いが、その折寛大な御仁恵をもって何等の御沙汰にも及ばれなかった。ところが今以て改心することなく、追々隠悪の所行がある趣が聞こえる。累代高禄も下し置かれ、御厚恩を被っている身分には、別して相済まない儀で不届きの至りであるため、厳しく申し付けるべきであるが、家柄を思し召され、御容赦をもって取り来たりの御知行のうち半知を召し上げ、隠居を申し付けられる。固く慎んで罷り在るべきものである。
