ものニ有之所畢竟心次第不宜教誡未熟故右

其方儀先年結城寅寿へ同意いたし候罪科雖
不軽其砌寛大之御沙汰ニ被 仰付置候所今
以改心之儀無之追々隠悪之所行有之趣相聞
候而已ならす偽｜忘（妄カ）説ヲ以正邪理非ヲ致転
倒人心ヲ誑惑セしめ候段先年教職ヲも相勤
候身分ニハ別而不届之至ニ付被 仰付様雖
有之御容捨ヲ以御扶持方被 召上兄え御預
ケ被遊候条屹と相慎可罷在もの也

介代より格別の御厚恩を蒙り、お引き立てにも相成る者であったところ、畢竟心次第が宜しくなく、教誡が未熟であったため、右様の相済まない旨の儀に及んだ段は不調法の至りであるため、御役を御免し、中の寄合へお入れ遊ばされるものである。
