相進との儀相謀様々不相済妄言ヲ申立尚又
右ヲ以内々手筋へ為致流布他方之聞ヲ驚動
せしめ俄ニ国家之御模様ヲ反覆いたし
両君様駒込或ハ御国え御別居相成候様仕向
候耳ならす御政務筋之儀 御連枝方御立入
ニ可致との意旨相企殊ニ寅寿等再勤可為致
ト相巧ミ奉要

様雖有之令容捨揚屋入申付もの也

其方儀先年結城寅寿へ悖逆不道之所行有之
御預被 仰付候所寅寿へ同意之段ハ明白ニ
雖有之其砌寛大之 御仁恵ヲ以何等之御沙

之所行有之候ニ付被 仰付様雖有之御容捨
ヲ以三人扶持被下置御休被 仰付候条遠慮

現代語訳
相進との儀を相謀り、様々な相済まない妄言を申し立て、尚又右をもって内々手筋へ流布させ、他方の聞くところを驚動せしめ、俄かに国家の御模様を反覆し、両君様を駒込或いは御国へ御別居相成るように仕向けるのみならず、御政務筋の儀を御連枝方の御立入りに致すべきとの意旨を相企て、殊に寅寿等を再勤させるべきと相巧み、上を要し奉る所行があった段は、重々不届き至極であるため、厳しく申し付けるべきであるが、容赦により揚屋入りを申し付けるものである。

その方は先年結城寅寿へ悖逆不道の所行があり、お預けを申し付けられたところ、寅寿への同意の段は明白であるが、その折寛大な御仁恵をもって何等の御沙汰にも及ばれなかったところ、今以て心得方を相改めず、不束至極の所行があるため、厳しく申し付けるべきであるが、御容赦をもって三人扶持を下し置き、御休を申し付ける。遠慮して罷り在るべきものである。

...plotting advancement, making various inexcusable false statements, and furthermore using these to spread rumors through private channels, alarming those who heard from other quarters, suddenly overturning the state of national affairs, not only maneuvering to have Their Lordships establish separate residences in Komagome or in the domain, but also plotting that domain political affairs should be subject to the intervention of branch family members, particularly scheming to have Torakotobuki and others reinstated to service, engaging in conduct that made demands upon superiors. These acts are repeatedly inexcusable in the extreme, and though severe punishment would be warranted, through mercy, confinement in the detention house is ordered.

Though your agreement with Torakotobuki was clear, at that time through magnanimous imperial benevolence no judgment whatsoever was rendered. However, as you have not reformed your understanding and continue to engage in extremely unruly conduct, though severe punishment would be warranted, through imperial mercy you are granted a three-person stipend and ordered to retirement. You must conduct yourself with restraint.
