知れす打上る御浜御殿築地海辺大半損し
西本願寺本堂潰寺ハ大半損し表門前大船
打上る鉄炮洲辺不残佃島ハ大損し霊岸島
辺永代橋大船あたり中程ゟ大崩れニ而往
来留る船帆柱ハ田安様御屋敷え流付とも
の方ハ安藤様御門前へ打上る御長屋ハ大
崩其辺茶船十艘程打上る夫ゟ深川海辺津
浪ニ而大半損し仮宅遊女屋大崩れ大野屋
と申遊女屋丸潰洲崎辺木場不残又御船蔵
弐ケ所損し【見せ消ち「又」】其外本所辺出水多して大損し
又北の方ハ神田辺不残馬喰町両国辺共浅
御蔵前通観世音御堂津々かなく御山内は
不残損し矢大臣門外松田屋と申遊女屋惣
潰れ花川戸辺山谷芝居町は三座共大損し

知れず打ち上げられました。御浜御殿、築地海辺は大半損し、西本願寺本堂は潰れ、寺は大半損し、表門前に大船が打ち上げられました。鉄砲洲辺りは残らず、佃島は大損し、霊岸島辺り、永代橋では大船が中程より大崩れで往来が止まりました。船の帆柱は田安様御屋敷へ流れ付き、艫の方は安藤様御門前へ打ち上げられました。御長屋は大崩れし、その辺りに茶船十艘程が打ち上げられました。それより深川海辺は津波で大半損し、仮宅や遊女屋が大崩れし、大野屋という遊女屋は丸潰れしました。洲崎辺り、木場は残らず、また御船蔵二ヶ所が損じました。その外、本所辺りは出水が多くて大損し、また北の方は神田辺りが残らず、馬喰町、両国辺りとも浅草、御蔵前通り、観世音御堂もつぶさに、御山内は残らず損しました。矢大臣門外の松田屋という遊女屋は総潰れし、花川戸辺り、山谷、芝居町は三座とも大損しました。千住辺りも残らず、また西の方は丸ノ内諸大名様方が一円に打ち崩れ、下谷辺りも残らず、出火場所は坂本辺り、吉原内が焼け、本郷一円、白山辺りが大損し、その外山の手辺りも残らず、右の外市中一円に大損にございます間、入御覧申し上げます。

[The number] is unknown, but [ships] were washed ashore. The Hama Palace and the Tsukiji waterfront were mostly damaged. The main hall of Nishi Hongan-ji temple collapsed, and the temple buildings were mostly damaged, with a large ship washed up in front of the main gate. The entire Teppōzu area and Tsukuda Island suffered great damage. Around Reigan Island and Eitai Bridge, large ships caused major collapses from the middle section, stopping all traffic. Ship masts drifted to the Tayasu family estate, while sterns were washed up in front of the Andō family gate. The long houses suffered major collapse, and about ten tea boats were washed ashore in that area. From there, the Fukagawa waterfront was mostly damaged by the tsunami, temporary houses and pleasure quarters collapsed greatly, and a pleasure house called Ōnoya was completely destroyed. Around Susaki, the lumber yards were completely [destroyed], and two ship warehouses were also damaged. Besides this, the Honjo area suffered great damage from extensive flooding. In the northern area, the entire Kanda district, Bakurō-chō, and Ryōgoku area, as well as Asakusa, Okura-mae street, and the Kannon Hall were all thoroughly [damaged], and the entire temple grounds were destroyed. The pleasure house called Matsudaya outside the Yadaijin gate completely collapsed. Around Hanakawado, Sanya, and the theater district, all three theaters suffered great damage. The entire Senju area [was damaged], and in the western area, the residences of various daimyo in Marunouchi were completely destroyed in the entire district. The entire Shitaya area [was damaged], fires broke out around Sakamoto, parts of Yoshiwara burned, the entire Hongō district and Hakusan area suffered great damage, and besides this, the entire Yamanote area [was damaged]. Apart from the above, the entire city center suffered great damage, so I humbly submit this report for your inspection.
